150 gram pedals, are you insane! Is that per pedal!? Are you just standing on 2 spindles?
Just no on those handlebars. Also really not much lighter than a quality Oneup CF bar and average stem.
I only run carbon wheels but I keep breaking them, even 2 DH ones. I have a new set of CB Synthesis DH rims here for the new e-bike build. These were built with OneUp hubs and Sapim spokes and came in about 200 grams lighter than the same rims if you get their spokes and hubs.
I could get behind your Ti bolt program. Did you figure out your cost per gram? You going to sling me a set of your 3D printed motor bolts for my CX-R Antidote build? Hoping to stay under 50#s/ 23kgs.
I did that (Exo+ tires) for a long time and it worked fine and still would most of the time. But I decided to take the hit and now both and front and rear tires are absolute anchors.
Wait, weren't you on the Linkglide stuff? Pretty sure the 11-45 LG is still a 600 gram cassette right?
Regarding cranks for e-bikes, I once looked at E13's weight difference between the CF and the AL ones, and it was only a 50 gram weight difference. That's a big loss in strength (and $) for not a lot of weight. I only run Magura MDR-P rotors, Try them, you'll never go back. Also, they are much lighter than they look due to the Al center section. Seat, eh my ass only likes SQLabs and I only run OneUp droppers, which are in fact uber light.
