Hi there,

I have a M10 from 2021 and it's at 6.000 kms.
I like it.

Motor began to loose momentum, and I had to restart it.
Then it would be good for some kms, and it would do it again.
There is no display, so I could not read the error-code.
Connected the app, and the error code was regarding the sensor.

So I replaced the speed-sensor, but it did not help.
Took it to the dealer, and they shipped it to Shimano.

It came back after some weeks with a new motor.
The motor is a full-power model....not RS (firmware)
So I have to dial it down to the settings I like :)

Good service....happy customer.

interesting. My M10 rise is now having speed sensor errors and has been cutting out on steep climbs and heavy loads. I just ordered a replacement speed sensor, unfortunately there are none in stock at shimano US or in the states, so I had to order it from the UK.

I assume you had W10100 errors? Below is a snapshot from my etube app error log.

Thanks very much for your response. That helps give me some amount of confidence that my problem may just be a failed speed sensor.
