Orbea Rise generic charger to charge range extender

Would anyone know if a generic 36v 2 pin battery charger would be able to safely charge the range extender connecting to + - pins on connector. The one I am looking at has both a charging and charged led so I am assuming it has some built in smarts.

I want to buy another charger so I can charge both batteries at the same time.
