Mission Control now not working

Done the whole process of Hopkin up to missin control app and all has been good. Used it several times over the last week n a half since signin up.
Worked yesterday, now I get the message. “Registration error User can not be created”
Wtf.. have they lost me all of a sudden ????

Anyone else having dramas ?
Any info on who to contact, as I can’t seem to find it ?

Rang them and they could not access their system also. So they assumed the global system was down. But then went on to say it went down around lunch yesterday and was supposed to be up again at 7pm yesterday. Could not tell me when they expect it to be up and running again. Was also told I could use a 3rd part app, but only to change the parameters that can be changed in mission control. Changing any other parameters would void the warranty.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I contacted support. They told me to register on the web site and then login in the app; because the app is no longer compatible with their Signup servers. I did and it worked.

Fairly sure they don’t have a leg to stand on saying this.

Companies often spout bollocks that contravenes our consumer rights. I’d like to see them prove in court that when they forced their customers to use other software, those customers then deliberately voided a warranty pressing a different button.

I used to have problems with it, but all I use it for is to change the tune to use less power so I can get greater distance on a longer ride. also I just check total distance I have ridden the bike from new. Also battery condition & temp & engine condition & temp. I also do the lets ride to play back my rides. but as I go in some remote area's , map just goes blank.

Also battery condition & temp & engine condition & temp. I also do the lets ride to play back my rides. but as I go in some remote area's , map just goes blank.
It back up and running now. It was down right when I wanted to make some changes.

I had to do the same thing to register my bike. Register online, then login to app.

They e mailed out a link, months ago. you need to go to that link to reset name and password.
I was having that trouble, then LBS sent me the link & solved my log in issue.

It back up and running now. It was down right when I wanted to make some changes.

That has happened to me too, in the past. now I stick to 20 / 45 / 100. seems to work ok for me & the 32 to 36 is helping my speed & trip average to be quicker , but still have to do a group ride .

Know how you feel!
I could not reset my log in details from the app. got a link from LBS and reset log in & PW. now fine. if I have a prob getting it to see bike. I delete bike, go back to log in, go to setting's, my bike, + , & it finds it.

Recognise my bike
Add email password etc.
Then login error message shows.
If i put in email and password through login.
I get logged in but as soon as I try to do anything it says no bike recognised

very frustrating!!
a few months back as I said before, Specialised made some changes, if you register on the old link before the new changes, those problems seem to show up a lot. I will see if I can find the link my LBS sent me, I registered again on that all same e & password and everything works, but not perfect just ok.

Yeah I'm at 40 70 100 which suits me. I still have to dial in the right wheel diameter. went from 2255 to 2281 which should be right but it's still 1.9km out. Might try 2400 and see what that does. It's a very uninspiring bike to ride, but it makes the hills disappear which is what I need. I'm used to fast light and flickable bikes, that are very playfull... It's just a bit dull imo.

I been on mountain bikes 5 years now, had a carbon racer when I lived in the city.
the group I ride with push hard, that inspires me, I'm sure you will get used to it. I love mine now.
