Hey all,
I’m thinking about ordering this bike, but I’ve got a few questions before pulling the trigger. Apologies if it’s kind of been answered further back in the thread. I have done lots of reading and searching, but I’m looking for a bit of reassurance on my choice before I go ahead.
I know the motor can be customized. But how is its response and how well does it modulate? Especially at low cadence, low speed (just cruising along on flat ground). I know that I will be trying to make it feel as much like a Bosch as I can, only better maybe? I also saw someone complaining that it stops adding power after a bit over 100w of rider input? If that is true, will it kind of feel like a on/off switch at bigger rider inputs?
Usually I would go with an enduro bike. My riding is 50% just cruising around trails with some climbs (what a trail bike can do), and 50% downhill with some tech, and some average jumps. I am not a skilled DH rider at all, but I hope to improve and I don’t want to end up out classing what the bike can do with its geo and frame.
For sizing, I am 172cm, and have a 78cm inseam. I think this puts me between the medium and large? But closer to a medium, right?
Thanks!
