Hi @Amflow_Support . I’d love to get a spare battery for my Amflow. Will one ever be made available for sale (in Australia)? If this is not possible, is there a reason why?
Thank you for your inquiry.
We’re sorry, but due to factors such as battery inventory, transportation restrictions, and other related considerations, Amflow does not support the separate sale of batteries.
However, please rest assured that if you experience any issues with your battery, you can contact us and we will provide you with the appropriate support and solutions. Thanks for your understanding.

I would be really really surprised if XX didn't work, The battery location on the XX is different, or the plug in your case which replaces the battery but thats the only factor affecting fitting. The actual mechs internally are the same, just some carbon bits make the XX slightly lighter
XX is compatible

The original rear shock is attached to the frame using two Suspension Screws (Hex, M10x16) and two Suspension Spacers up front, along with one Rear Shock Screw (Hex, M15x23) at the back. If you need to buy any extra parts, don’t hesitate to reach out to our authorized stores or email us at [email protected].
That’s not what I was asking. The rear shock eyelet will need to have a bushing installed, and that bushing will need to be the correct size to fit the yoke. What size does the bushing (mounting hardware) need to be?

Thank you for clarification! The bushing is 16.5*8mm

Dobrý deň Hello. I have an Amflow PL, I would like to upgrade to Sram Axs Transmission. Do I also need to change the chainring and which one?

As far as I can see specs on official website, chainring is already T-type on all models so no need to change it:
Chainring: SRAM Eagle Transmission E-MTB Chainring 104BCD 34T

Thank you for your inquire.

When upgrading to the SRAM AXS Transmission, we recommend following the official guidelines from the manufacturer. You will need to replace the rear derailleur, shifter, chain, and cassette. Please note: The GX groupset uses an HG freehub body. If you plan to upgrade to the X0 AXS Transmission groupset, you will also need to change your freehub body to the XD standard.

Since this upgrade involves modifications , we suggest consulting with the manufacturer or a professional bike shop for further assistance.
No need to replace driver body to XD if you use SRAM XS-1270 Eagle Transmission Cassette which uses HG driver body ...

I'd like to upgrade to AXS shifting, but the 780mm AXS cable you provided the part number for is out of stock everywhere, will the longer cable p/n 11.3018.028.001 work ok?

It seems that some shops in Germany still has 003 in stock, I bought it from there online

We understand your situation. Currently, we do not have any records of the cable for the model you mentioned, which means we have not conducted any compatibility tests. This may require you to visit the relevant store with your bicycle for an actual test. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Hi Gigs~ Hearing that you 're facing some trouble with the IoT SIM card on Amflow PL Carbon Pro and the network wasn't great. We hope the following tips can help you:

Currently, we do not support the use of IoT SIM cards, and we suggest that if you're planning to ride long-term in your current country, it's best to avoid using roaming SIM cards. Here are some SIM cards we've tested that work well in your current country (Australia we guess?) for your reference:

For Australia, we are compatible with Vodafone. Please refer to the photo below to choose the right SIM card for you~

On average what size in GB nano SIM do you recommend. I can get in Spain a 25gb SIM for 7.90€ per month would this do the job?
Thanks!

thats overkill . . .

How much data volume does Amflow PL use per month when connected to a 4G network?
Remote control activated: approx. 200 MB per month
Upload of driving data activated: approx. 200 MB per month.

Hi,
25GB seems a bit too much. You can refer to the following info to choose your plan from the carrier:
  • Approx. 200 MB/month while Bike Connectivity (SIM) is enabled
  • Approx. 200 MB/month while RideData Backup & Sync is enabled
  • Approx. 400 MB/month while both features are enabled

Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to improving the user experience and are already following up on this customer’s issue.

Where to buy replacement derailleur hanger for the GX on the PL 800? I couldn’t see one on the Amflow website.
I'm pretty sure it's just a SRAM UDH. Most LBS sell them. Just take it up and check.

Thank you for your inquiry! Since this part is manufactured by SRAM, Amflow does not sell it directly. May we ask what issue you are experiencing? If possible, please share some photos of the issue and we’ll check that and assist you further.

Hello,
It's planned to export gpx file from ride or sync activity to others plataforms than Strava?
Also, for me its important to export or sync activity with power output form cyclist only, not cyclist + rotor. It's posible?

Thank you for your questions! Unfortunately, at this moment, exporting GPX files from rides or syncing activities to platforms other than Strava is not supported, nor can we currently export or sync activity data for cyclist power output only (excluding Cyclist + Rotor). However, I will certainly pass your feedback along to our team for future consideration. We appreciate your understanding!

My mates Amflow dropper has broken, its slides up without pressing the leaver and its goes down when sat on it. We have removed the post from the bike and it starts extending very slowly without even touching it.

Amflow support, the manual says not to rotate the chainring backwards when lubricating the chain as it may damage the motor. It seems to me if you turn the cranks backward the motor turns

I use rock n roll lube which requires the chain to be freewheeled backwards for 5secs after application, am right in thinking this may be a problem?

Thanks

About the dropper post automatically rising, could you provide us with the bike SN and the dropper post SN (as shown in attached image)

We will report your case first so that you can reach out to your bike shop or the manufacturer of the dropper seatpost for warranty support.

We apologize for the lack of clarity in our user manual. Under normal circumstances, inverting the pedals should not cause the chainring to rotate in the opposite direction. As long as you ensure the electric assist is turned off, you can rotate the chainring backward to lubricate the chain.
