Hmmm ....... It unpaired my bike from my phone. Might wait till there are more reports before pairing and using it.
 
I just went to the App Store and downloaded it now, so it seems available for me.

Definitely hope they didn’t patch the vpn/region thing.
 
Updated my app and re-paired which has unfortunately restricted the bike to 25kmph.

When I try the VPN it will not let me pair with the bike, whyyyyyy…….
 
HI. I have downloaded the new app as requested and now nothing works.

Bluetooth will not connect for long, pairing constantly fails, it keeps telling me there is no connection. I have tried with a VPN and without, it still doesn’t work.

I would advise that no one downloads the new app until it is fixed.

Any suggestions Amflow support?

Same issues as I'm having. Not sure if it helps Amflow but I'm on an Android device using the latest Android software. Seems once you start the transition you then can't go back to the old app either. Disappointing! Also not sure why this is being forced yet the apps aren't readily available to install securely from either of the app stores? Seems an unusual stance to take and almost feels a bit rushed.

Avinox Ride is not coming up as available on the Google Play Store. The existing App is forcing a download of a file, and my phone's security settings is blocking this file being run. It's a work supplied phone.

I cannot unlock my bike. What are you guys doing ? You have bricked my bike. I can't even move the bike or the siren goes off. This is ridiculous.

I had to allow installs from unauthorised sources to get the app installed, I got a popup when trying to install it. it's poor though from DJI you'd expect a working app available from the app stores really.

I guess you'll need to wait for Amflow to release the app properly in the app store. No idea why they have gone this way about it, maybe there is good reason but it's not clear currently.
 
The app is on the apple App Store but it doesn’t make any difference, the bike still wont connect

Meanwhile the bike is bricked. I always unlocked it with the phone. No idea what the pin number is. Was setup at the shop. And I cannot get into the App to reset it.

You'll need to contact the shop. I know Amflow can do something to remote in and reset the PIN but of course you'll need a ticket with them and proof of purchase etc. Probably easier taking it back to where you got it from for them to sort out. No idea why they've taken this approach...!

I literally asked support what to do. They told me to install the new App. Now I have a bricked bike.

No idea why they didn't roll this update out properly through the Google Play Store.
 
I don’t think how they rolled it out is the problem as even with the app downloaded from the App Store it still doesn’t connect.

They have clearly rushed the update out full of bugs, the only upside I can see is hopefully the use of a VPN will still work when they resolve the issues.

mine has updated fine on Android, however had to side load (not installed from the app store), which isn't ideal, not sure why they have done that, assume the app will arrive into the store shortly ??
 
Also, what will happen when it does arrive officially in the Google app store, will the side loaded version update or will be need to be removed and installed from the App store ??
 
Will it ever be on the playstore??Dji fly and Dji mimo have also had to be side loaded on my pixel phone..Personally I've never had any probs side loading apps 👍👍
