Dengfu E55 (Emtb) and E56 (Fat Bike) - New selection of DIY frame

So for a custom project with this frame I am trying to figure out some stuff and maybe somebody can help me.

1. What is the chain stay growth at 100% travel? Dengfu posted this video, but the info is contradicting. At 0mm travel chainstay length is indicated as 461 but according to the charts it's 478
2. Need to figure out the width of the motor mounting part including the frame It self, not just in between.
I am planning to potentially have a custom motor made for this frame and it will be mounted on the outside rather than in-between i.e frame sandwiched between the outer motor plates.
Wrong video posted? I see a 5 second video on "Estrella Crispers"

The suspension kinematics shown by Dengfu are false. The frame geometry does not match the frame drawings. It's weird that they show false information.

Have you assembled the frame already? Perhaps I could ask you to measure the width of the mounting brackets? You can check the previous post for more explanation

70,7mm

Not yet. The "UD" paint job is low quality, working on the surface finish now. The engine cover was missing, dengfu sent me I got it last week.

Thanks for taking the time! So 70.7 is on the distance between the external surfaces of the mounts?

The hydraulic line at the fork is not laid correctly.
The hydraulic line at the rear brake should be with a margin and a small loop, because. when the suspension is activated, the distance between the feathers lengthens. Over time, you will break it.

It is really time consuming to lie down it by hand.
TQ, dont u know how they then pull out the forms from inside?

I guess this sandwich goes to a molding tool and in an autoclave. The bladders can be pulled from the frame openings after molding.

This thread has been too quiet lately, has anyone made a diy battery to fit more than the 56 21700's the stock case can?

162mm of rear wheel travel according to my suspension chap with a 230x65 rear shock.

It is impossible. This frame has a suspension travel of 144mm with a shock travel of 60mm. The gear ratio is 144mm/60mm=2.4 so 2.4*65=156mm.

I've received the same message on the Dengfu Facebook community group. But that's what we're getting. Granted, we've not measured the axle path with a 230x60 shock.
However, it is funny that you're quoting the leverage ratio of the Dengfu E22. Which coincides with the very first post I raised on the Dengfu E22 frame thread. I.e. this frame cannot be over-stroked.

The rear end of the E55 is different to the E10 and E22.

The collate design of the chainstay of the E22's can only move up to a point with an equivalent rear shock and stroke.

In other words, this frame does have more travel than the E22.

This is certainly not a scam, it's just that the delivery time for this batch of goods from the overseas warehouse in the United States has not been determined yet, so we didn't officially post a promotion, just prepared the website for the overseas warehouse products in advance. If you are a user in the United States or have channels to pick up goods in the United States, I will recommend you to place an order for procurement. Because the configuration of this batch of goods may not be very good, but they are really cheap. Compared to our usual direct orders to the United States, we almost waive all shipping costs. A discount of no less than $500.
I am about to pre-order one of these Winice bikes unless someone talks me out of it! Compared to a luna z1 the price is nice but the shocks aren't as good but I can live with that. Of course the m630 and internal Bafang gear hub is on the horizon but this will be my dream bike for now. Is dengfu basically opening a US warehouse and selling whole bikes under Winice, or is this a scam and I'm throwing away my preorder deposit money? Appreciate your insight!

Hi Ben, I was curious if you knew when we can purchase the bafang m630? I've been thinking about buying a E55 but want to wait for it first

BAFANG M630 may not be launched until 2 years later. This year and next year should not be available.
