Interestingalmost all frames can be adapted to bafang with simple adapter. sometimes they are very cheap . I have currently two shimano frames with m560 fitted . and I'm in the process of building huskvarna ebikes also with bafang and 1200wh batteries
well . haven't u see flyon frame with 1600wh battery and tsdz8 1000w motor fitted in ?Interesting
Teewing has an option for DJI Avinox frameset only. I can give U my trusted agent contact to buy.Educate me what frames Dengfu makes for different motors but bafang ? Light Carbon has Shimano frames but only up to L so is useless for me unfortunately.
Do you know about someone who makes frames with DJI motors ?
Yea please, PM me. Thanks.Teewing has an option for DJI Avinox frameset only. I can give U my trusted agent contact to buy.
Does LightCarbon LCE971 Look like at frame you are looking for?Does anyone know of a CEF50 like moderate travel (ideally <=150) slim downtube profile frame that uses the m560? Need a throttle compatible bike so the m820 isnt a valid option.
Trying to find something with a slimmer downtube than that. If you look at the 930 and Szzs cef50, they now have bigger batteries that work with them, just they are m820 based and I'd like m560.Does LightCarbon LCE971 Look like at frame you are looking for?
Oh you said downtube not toptube. My bad.Trying to find something with a slimmer downtube than that. If you look at the 930 and Szzs cef50, they now have bigger batteries that work with them, just they are m820 based and I'd like m560.

What does it do differently?New controller for Bafang M560/510/RS
It is capable of more power (probably more than 4000W), it is more efficient, it is capable up to 100V, any parameter can be adjusted, it is easier to fix in case of issues because of all the schematics and files are open source. And in theory it is more reliable also, but there is no reliability record yet because of it is new entity. What does it do differently?
but fwik u have to make this on ur own ... unless someone sells this ready made up ?It is capable of more power (probably more than 4000W), it is more efficient, it is capable up to 100V, any parameter can be adjusted, it is easier to fix in case of issues because of all the schematics and files are open source. TQ, I had allready lot of issues with M600 and M510, where temperature safety did not kick in.I am sure it is safe, and controller takes care in case of the motor or the controller start overheating.
what m560 version and firmware did u ride? and how about the sound when uphill or rattle when downhill?TQ, I had allready lot of issues with M600 and M510, where temperature safety did not kick in.I dont get it as this is the first thing I would be coding in a controller. Thermal management is very important.
I did reach at my M600 (rev.B) 132 degree C in a stator (according Bafang reading). And it would go even higher. And no error. I noticed when motor overheated then power starts to fluctuate. And after some time your controller get dead.
But good idea, I will try to get the value of temperature when M560 will give overheating error. Have not seen it yet on M560. Is a good motor, you can go 1200W continous (I get to 103C max - thats quite hight, I wouldnt go over 90C. But it was a hot day and really looong uphill).
what version and firmware mate? You can hear it when full power (has steal gear), but is not that bad. It just sounds horrible from the videos. Rattle is fine not much noticable.
I have second revision motor and firmware v1.5.what version and firmware mate?
