Teewing has an option for DJI Avinox frameset only. I can give U my trusted agent contact to buy.
 
Does anyone know of a CEF50 like moderate travel (ideally <=150) slim downtube profile frame that uses the m560? Need a throttle compatible bike so the m820 isnt a valid option.

Does LightCarbon LCE971 Look like at frame you are looking for?
 
I got my new m560 750w motor from Chili. Noise level is the Sane as my older m560 was.

However.. apparently Bafang has upgraded the torque sensor to the 3.0 version. The same as m560 RS motor.

You can see the 3.4 marking on it. My old one had 2.1 in it.

Second follow-up, the two light connectors, are those still 6V 0.5A each or do they have higher current/voltage specs on the current models? I see bafangs website says 12V 6W, but I'm worried they are doing something weird about adding the 2 connectors together. Trying to confirm if each light is 12V or 6V?

It is capable of more power (probably more than 4000W), it is more efficient, it is capable up to 100V, any parameter can be adjusted, it is easier to fix in case of issues because of all the schematics and files are open source. And in theory it is more reliable also, but there is no reliability record yet because of it is new entity.

but fwik u have to make this on ur own ... unless someone sells this ready made up ?
 
Guys, do not expect some crazy power. At 1500W motor will get overheated and thermal management will kick in quite soon. Even at 1250W getting 100C degree. Short peaks to 2kW can be ok, just whole drivetrain will be suffering.

This looks like Tpheak controller based on Luna.

Has anyone managed to correctly connect a gear-shift sensor to the M560?
I connected everything as in the diagram below and the engine does not respond when changing gears.

Or should it be connected differently? Maybe use the sensor with the yellow plug and different wiring?

Hello,

Has the M560 one or two temp sensors (windings and controller?)?

Is the thermal behavior safe on hot days when climbing at a low cadence - will the firmware of the stock controller reduce the amps soon enough to avoid damage?

Please share your experiences of the noise: M560 vs. the old but imho quite silent BBS02 (560 has a steel gear if I am not wrong, BBS has a nylon gear).
 
I am sure it is safe, and controller takes care in case of the motor or the controller start overheating.

TQ, I had allready lot of issues with M600 and M510, where temperature safety did not kick in. :( I dont get it as this is the first thing I would be coding in a controller. Thermal management is very important.

I did reach at my M600 (rev.B) 132 degree C in a stator (according Bafang reading). And it would go even higher. And no error. I noticed when motor overheated then power starts to fluctuate. And after some time your controller get dead.

But good idea, I will try to get the value of temperature when M560 will give overheating error. Have not seen it yet on M560. Is a good motor, you can go 1200W continous (I get to 103C max - thats quite hight, I wouldnt go over 90C. But it was a hot day and really looong uphill).

what m560 version and firmware did u ride? and how about the sound when uphill or rattle when downhill?
 
You can hear it when full power (has steal gear), but is not that bad. It just sounds horrible from the videos. Rattle is fine not much noticable.
