Not sure whether anyone has seen this, but the Canyon website was updated on 22nd October with the following info:

If you haven't ordered your replacement battery, please order it now. You can also continue to participate in the compensation programme. Please note the following information:
- 900 Wh batteries: You will receive compensation for the delayed delivery based on the period from 31 March 2025 until your battery is shipped, but no later than 31 October 2025.
- 720 Wh batteries: You will receive compensation for the delayed delivery based on the period from 31 March 2025 until your battery is shipped, but no later than 31 December 2025.
The compensation programme, including the compensation for the delayed delivery, will end without replacement on
31 December 2025.
You can, of course, continue to order replacement batteries after this date – only the compensation will then no longer apply.
Not sure what the section on 720w batteries means. Does it mean we will have a new battery by December 31st?, or does it mean the compensation will end on 31st December regardless if we have a new battery or not? I tried contacting them today but couldn't get past the chat bot. I will try again on Monday to actually speak to someone.
