If he has never weighed them how would you know what they weigh?
Guys need help.
My Levo 4 comp carbon keeps cutting assistance for 1 sec or even just shuts off completly.
I also gets randomly on the screen "No battery detected check app & connector"
What the hell is this? The bikes has 1500km & has been amazing...is this the "nest thing" that needs to be upgraded?
Also all this s***t happened after I bought the fast (smart) charger for a 4 days trip where we needed to do 120km each day. I am afraid that fast charger screwed up my system/battery
Any thoughts please?

Does your bike have the new spring loaded battery seat installed?
Your battery connection is loose
no I checked & still have the nest with the black screw (not silver) & no springs
so new nest or tighten/readjust nest?
Have you tried a hard reboot? Firmware updated?
Recently I took a bad fall and my Levo stopped communicating with the app and accessories. Works fine after rebooting it.
how do you do a hard reboot? I did the 40secs hold of the top (power) button but it did not change anything. The shop did reinstall the firmware/software which was up to date but they did it anyway...nothing changed. If anything it is worst now.
I think I will have to go back to the dealer.

I mean there’s probably more weight. But it’s almost indescribable. I’m really glad I did it. Floats, but with control. The HBO is so awesome a wheessh instead of clunk.
Curious if you chose to adjust the head angle or flip chip; or did you keep those at the stock setting?
Stock for now. Geometry will be played with later, don’t want another set factors to deal while I dial my suspension.
I like the fat tire look, must be magic carpet ride? It also makes downtime look smaller
Thanks they're 2.6" Kryptotal, with enduro casing and soft (not super soft) compound. I'm a lifelong northeast rider that's brand new to the Arizona desert so these were a local's recommendation. While they are super resistant to rim strikes/pinch flats; honestly everything feels super slippery unless you really commit; plus i'n not crazy about how they much they deflect off rocks. For this reason i just picked up a pair of 2.5" Assagai MaxGrip DH tires to help me find a baseline. Might go to the DoubleDown casing if the DH feels too heavy duty. We'll see!

I had the same.
You can adjust the battery nest with the screws located under the downtube/ motor protector, but I just got the sprung loaded battery nest which fixed it.
I had the same problem and when I mentioned it to my LBS they mounted the new battery nest version with springs and now it's all good.
Specialized is aware of this problem since they have made a new version just months after releasing Levo 4 but will most lightly get rid of the old ones before new bikes is on the market with the new version.
Ask for a new and you'll get it.

I have the same issue but no idea why this is happening. As soon as you open the app it switches to the correct time.
It’s probably getting the time from the app.
