Hi guys,
hearing the horror stories of Shimano motor support after warranty expiry, I was wondering if anyone have info about how TQ will handle this?
Can you get bearings replaced without too much hassle?
What if something else breaks?

My hope is that they will sell repair parts so the motors and the frames can have a long life and hold their value unlike Shimano motors and frames.

My hpr 50 motor failed after 300 miles,it was replaced without any argument.

I don't think anyone knows anything about repairing/replacing bearings in these motors yet,I think they're too new.

Given that they're being used in quite a wide variety of bikes you'd hope the support will be there for a while.
