Was about to start a ride at the weekend and my Garmin showed an error but cant remember the exact code. As soon as the error showed on the Garmin, the TCU, flashed red and blue lights. Again, I didn’t pay too much attention to which LEDs were flashing but from memory they were close together. I tuned off the TCU and back on and problem seemed to be resolved, so started my ride.
Not long into my ride, I felt a slight vibration through the pedals, which disappeared after a while. Throughout the early part of the ride this happened a few times and then everything was fine for the remainder of the ride.
Could this be the start of the motor packing up? Should I take to my dealer to have a look or do you think it’s safe to continue riding it?
The electrics are guaranteed for 4 years from purchase, so I still have 2 years warranty left, as I purchased in 2021.
