I noticed a very slight knock when pedalling. It was intermittent, and sounded like it could be a cable tapping inside the frame. Whilst riding I checked the tightness of everything I could, to no avail.
When home, I did a deeper check and found the crank spider lockring was not even finger tight! I have had this off before, and would have tightened it as I felt appropriate. Having checked the Specialized documentation, I saw two specified torque of 50 and 70 nm. I have tightened to 50nm. We will see how it goes.
