The New rules seem confusing![]()
Nope, no saucers yet. But there’s some kind of alien running around our trails wearing a white head-band and white thing in his ears.So did you see any flying saucers? The sign clearly shows a metallic UFO flying over the landscape.![]()
Here get to 36-38 C for several months in summer, but it is constantly wet and foggy in winter...With something like 320 sunny days a year in metro Phoenix, Arizona; trails are nearly always dry. Our downside is the 108° (42°C) days here in the Summer!

Ho Ho Ho
Well done. You threw me there for a second with the time of the post at 1:44 am .Went to Mogo Trails about 4hrs south of Sydney and what a fantastic ride. Had an absolute ball. Favourite run was "Big Dog's Bone". So much speed. So much air.
Rode with this new guy James. OMG he was fast downhill and wow, did he have skills on his 180/170 Giant Reign. I managed a graceful second fastest downhill in the group of 5. But on the climb up, the Amflow just smoked them. I was 3-4 mins quicker on the climb and only using Trail Mode.

I am riding so much more aggressively now and have pinched rear tubes in 3 of the last six rides, despite increasing tyre pressure to 28psi. So I have fitted Tannus Amour Insets to the rear wheel, with 60gram TPU tubes. This means I can still run the really grippy DHR 2 rear tyre with EXO casings. Total weight increase compared to going to tubeless, sealant and DD casings, is only about 100 grams.
All reports say this should fix the puncture issue.

Whilst I still may run cushcore tubeless if the Tannus proves unsatisfactory. The couple of reasons to try the Tannus Inserts are.You tried cushcore tubeless and radials? You can run a higher pressure on the radial and the cushcore works wonders. Food for thought.
