Norco VLT Bikes 2022

I'm smitten with the 2022 acoustic Range. Never imagined I'd say that for a Norco! ?

Now only if the 2022 Range VLT would take this and just add some pedal assist.

First Ride: 2022 Norco Range - High Pivot Goodness - Pinkbike

Funny how it looks almost identical to the Forbidden Dreadnought, and as I understand it the gentleman that started Forbidden had worked at Norco designing bikes. And left to start Forbidden after Norco wouldn't make the high pivot bike he designed. Could just be rumors' but where there's smoke there's typically fire.

That lower link that sits behind the bottom bracket scares me, wouldn't like to clip it! Amazing bike though and initial reviews make it out to be one hell of a ride.

That was one of the issues the guys at the Loam Wolf discuss.

I was looking for details about the 900wh battery, here is what I found
Norco BMZ Batterie/batterie. 900 Wh. CHF 1200.00

Many website already has the BMZ Norco VLT battery in there product, but this is the first time i've seen an actual picture of it... we can also see the battery guard and charge door... I'm not sure it will be toolfree removable

Any idea when the new Norco's will be out? Or when will the website have the new bikes on it?

Loam Wolf is testing 3 new eMTBs (not necessarily Norco) that they expect the news embargo to lift within the new few weeks.
In their comments section of their 2022 Range first impressions, they dropped a hint that they may have something to say regarding a 2022 eMTB Range "in the near future"

Teah this one is clearly the norco Range VLT

How can you tell it's not a Sight?
Seems to have an orange coil on rear shock, so probably DHX2 factory, which comes on the Range, the Sight is air sprung. Plus, looking at the fork, seems more like 180mm than 160mm.

Come on Norco... just put them on your website already!

looks awesome but the only thing is that the chainstay is huge at 462mm
For me, at 6'3, I don't want short chainstay, especially with a 63' HTA, it would make the front to light, thus having to put more weight on my hand when cornering.
But their chainstay are size specific for that reason, that's why the 462 on XL

Here they are Sight and Range

I called the local Norco dealer and they said the new Norco VLT sight won't be available until next year. Is this right?

If you rder now, i guess.. but mine was almost a year ago, o expecting in august

Let us know.

I ordered a Bigfoot VLT early this year. It was suppose to be here in November. They are saying next year, now. The Sight won't be until next year either and it was ordered last year.

Where are you located? I am in Vancouver, Canada and the Sights/Range are coming here in the next 2 weeks.

Really? I’m in Vancouver too and have heard we’ll be lucky to see the new ebikes by the fall?
So many different story/timeline.
Yesterday my LBS in Quebec had a discussion with his Norco Rep , and his response was : on est proche, which translate to : we are close…
Not so great of an answer
