New Brose motor versus upgrade by Performance Line Bearings.

Cost will be similar due to Specialised/Berkshire being very helpful though it’s well out of warranty.

Could you pay a bit more and have Berkshire install a new motor, but with the Performance line X-Rings also installed ?

After speaking to Chris at Berkshire and Peter at Performance have sent the motor to Performance to be rebuilt/upgraded as it will be as robust as possible for the future hopefully.
Meanwhile it’s been a good excuse to replace gear and dropper post cables and clean everything up in there.
Looking forward to reinstalling the motor.
Will keep everyone posted on progress.?
