Just picked up a 2022 Turbo Levo expert and on the first ride found out I can't move to a lower assist level once I go up. Starts out in eco mode and the remote will cycle up to trail and turbo but will not go back down. The only way to get a lower assist level is to shut the TCU off and start over.
Got to ride for about a mile and now it's been back at the dealer for the last two weeks waiting on a fix from Specialized. They shipped out a new remote and that didn't fix the problem.
Anybody else have this problem?
I did make the mistake of changing out the bars, moving the levers to moto, and re-routing the brake tubing before I rode it. I thought I might have messed something up with the wires in the frame doing the tubing re-route but there were no codes and the new switch didn't fix the problem.
I was really excited to go ride this thing but now getting frustrated.
