Thanks! With the pictured wheelset and smaller battery(~500Wh) it is around 19,5 kg. Bigger battery(~720Wh) is 900 grams heavier and gravity wheelset is another 900 grams.

I made a DIY 12s3p battery. I used LG M58T 21700 cells. The capacity should be around 720 Wh. The original battery was 410 Wh.
I tested it for a few charge cycles. Now I have a problem. The motor controller thinks the battery is still 410 Wh. Also, I cannot get below 50% of the battery capacity (on the BMS).
Here is the comparison (Display % / BMS app %):

• 90 / 90
• 70 / 70
• 66 / 64
• 54 / 57
• 44 / 55
• 20 / 55 (after 5 days of no use)

I looked into the Bafang app and the display settings. I cannot find any option to change the battery capacity. Has anyone seen this problem before?

Install the appropriate version of FAKE TAXI for your battery and everything will be fine.

you need a bms or battery with canbus connection to read anything from the battery. without can only see a calculated (guess) battery percentage
which isnt very correct most of the times
