the OCD symetrist in me is picking up that the menu's at the top of the page don't line up anymore

They have been disabled while @Rob Hancill works on them.

If you turn it off .. it doesn't work retrospectively .. normally just on new threads.. so previous threads, you still get e-mails for. On those threads, you need to click unwatch .. then watch again so it uses the new e-mail settings. .. phffff ... newbies ???????‍?‍?‍??????????????????⛸?‍?‍?‍????⚔???⚠⚠⁉????‍

OK .. so just a couple of new smileys in there ...

Have clicked ok on Windows/chrome to enable .. but that was 2 3 4 minutes ago .... so who knows ..

Maybe less reactions, like are there now ... is a good thing ???

Like, Love, Funny, Wow, Sad, Angry

The others can be fun, but also are sooo easy to miss interpret .. and too easy for someone to click to disagree or say something is crap, but without explaining or opening it to discussion.

Sad is a nice inclusion .. it was always difficult to know what reaction when someone says "I've had my bike stolen hope I find it" ... Like ? to support them ? Angry .. because it's stolen ?

If something is helpful or "thanks" .. "like" love and wow all cover those ?

When there's a crap post, move on .. you don't need to say "you're crap" ..

Of the great long list under "Whats New?" I found most to be technobabble, features not benefits. Whatever. The two I think I understand are:

• Emoji enhancements including an improved smilie menu with easy emoji access
• Video uploads

For the rest...............yawn....... ? Will I even notice?

I can see it's a bit different in how it looks, but there must be more to it than that. Is security increased? If so, I didn't realise it was a problem. I can do without the smilie changes unless of course they are designed to reduce the number of word wars we get. Which would be a good thing.
