Hello, just put an Eagle 12 sp on my S works Levo, I want to change my chainring, please advice and recommend. 34, 36 ??

I just had my Levo comp on Tuesday and found I was spinning way to much. I brought a 34 and it's much better I find now

I put a 34 on this week, it took 5 minutes. The only adjustment I did was I turned the B screw on turn (out) and I turned the chain guard angle. It shifted ok but the two biggest gears benefited from the B screw adjustment.
I also have a 36 but I am waiting to see if I need that, Most of our rides are 3000ft to 5000ft of climbing over 20 to 30 miles.
