hello, I tried several versions of besst, but I can't find a version that allows me to have the list of all the firmwares such as you,
I am looking for a firmware for the M500 with a lower low battery value, in my case from 25% remaining battery, the power decreases, I would like to lower this value to 10%, so either find a firmware that allows it or modify an existing one, but how to...

hello, a question I don't know if it's a controller problem but I can't install a new firmware on my M510
 
I stay when I load firmware and it's time to disconnect the tool and when I connect it, it doesn't do anything anymore.

Hello, thank you very much, but I tried to install it and it won't let me. I have contacted Chili, who is the one who sold me the engine and has provided me with a new firmware and if it has been installed, I will try it and tell you if it works well, I will share it here.

This morning something bad happened after I update my M510 FC 2.0 with this firmware. Upload succeed with Besst Pro but when I test no assist on all level :(
Already recalibrate but still no luck. I regret trying to update on a system that is fine.
Maybe @Catweazle or @Dado or someone else have this firmware MMG522C4814F801010.1 (it is my default firmware). Or maybe any other problem solving about this. thanks a lot.
 
Hello Temon. Hmmm, there is no pedal assist? Strange. I have managed to flash 10.1 but did not tested on an ebike.
Now dont understand what version u have flashed as u writing 10.1 was your default.

Anyway 36V fw v5.1 is faulty, it is not saving motor setup parameters.
 
Some observations from BESST Pro.

I must admit, now it is much more user friendly.

And finally there is option for auto update latest firmware from Internet.

Problem is it is offering me 43V firmware into 36V motor. So I have tried it, it did download 43V version fw v.1.1 into Besst but not into motor. I see also different identification byte in this firmware - really strange - so again some other controller revision. :(

Anyway there should be an option to choose what voltage I want to flash or at least it should save same voltage version.
Sometimes I think engineers in Bafang do not using brain. ;)

absolutely agree hahahaha. Thanks God my problem solved just by re flashing using old besst program, and after that re setting parameter with besst pro. I think flashing new firmware better use with old besst.

I flash from 4814F801010.1 to 4814F802010.1 using besst pro.

Does not make again sense. Why it would fix your problem when you flash with Besst?
 
Hi everybody, I have lost track of the latest firmware developments. Can somebody advise me what is the latest firmware compatible with FC1.0 rev e(basically the very first version of the motor)?
 
Hi can anyone tell me the thread size for the M510 pre load caps as I'm switching from an M600 to M510 and the pre load caps from the 600 do not fit.
