Lizard (the first 4 min) is a fun intermediate trail, but it but has lots of poison oak (don't ask how I know).
The remaining footage is of a more advanced trail (let's call it "MC" because it's unauthorized) in Laguna Coast Wilderness Park.
FYI, LCWP does not allow e-bikes except for those qualified under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Have to say I'm now wondering what it would look like if the camera was fixed to a selfie stick in front or behind of you! I can just imagine this little figure cycling round the planet.
