I am going down to Berkshire cycles tomorrow to possibly upgrade to the Fox36 fork. Does anyone have any experience of running the 160mm fork and does it change the riding position. I am currently running the DTSwiss F535one 150mm. I have tried a search on here but it doesn't like the words fox and 36 due to them being too common.

I am keen to hear your thoughts or experience on the fork.

I'm getting a set next week in 160 so I can give a comparison to the F535 in 150mm

You know you are going to have to get one of these to complete the look now

Yes it is, their copper colour is pretty much an exact match to the fox stanchions.

Also need this, but I don't think it fits on the carbon frame. Friends 19 carbon looked too fat there next to the shock vs aluminum. DPX2 fits though I saw.

My Levo has the Fox 36, DPX2 and Transfer dropper. I think I’ll have to get that bar too ?

I would like change my original Levo-Speci-Seatpost to the Fox Transfer.
Question:
Can I use the original Speci-lever, housing, cable and barrel for the Transfer seatpost?
Thanks for your answer!

You just need a shim and new lever for the dropper post. Lever is a whopping £70!!

What’s the name of that bar it looks super nice?!

Rob, I’ll be interested to hear what you think. I had mine fitted yesterday and popped over to swinley today. The forks felt amazing and a marked improvement over the dtswiss, although I suspect some of it could be psychological. Currently just using the settings it came out of Chris’s with, I will move my shockwiz to the fork for the next ride and see what that suggests.

Ah you had the DT Swiss up front and swapped out to the Fox 36?

I liked the DT Swiss when I tried it on Robs, low-speed bump suppression was lovely..

Yep, now got the fox 36 up front and dpx2 on the rear.

The Fox will come into its own when pushing hard. It will hold up in the mid stroke when barreling into stuff.

Did anyone try to fit an X2 on the carbon frame? My friend wants to know. I only see DPX2's on the carbon so far. I highly doubt it fits

why are people going for the DPX2 and X2 over a coil (Ohlins or DHX2)? I'm sold on the Fox36 but shock has me still wondering what to go with

What I don't get is why so many people go with the 36 over the Lyrik - dont get me wrong I have both Fox Factory and Lyrics on different bikes and I love the Foxes, but imo the Lyrik Ultimate is a better fork than the Factory and a lot cheaper too.

If I had a Levo I would go Lyrik Ultimate up front, and a super Delux Ultimate coil out back
