SZZS CEF69 Build with New Bafang M510 3.0 version

I know that they working on a new rear triangle. try convince them that lotoff customers waiting for that ;) .
I've already spoke with Jean on this with the example, probably if we're enough people wanting this and committing to preorder the new link with the flipchip they could do it?
Also it could be done for CEF55

I'd order one if it's available.

One question, any coil shock compatible with the stock link?

Ask them how many purchaser they needs to perform study and produce and unit price (+-). With these infos, potential buyer are able to position. May be if someone with competencies and soft tool 3D in line with that used by Szzs, could be perform the design, that will also facilitate the build, i think. They are allready just devellop an new link for X2. May be complicate to ask another modifications before comptable depreciation of the X2 linkage

i run offset bushing over 4 year on my e10 and they dont turn tho even when lubed.

i agree a flipchip would be better giving more adjusfability.
looking forward to try the stiffer rear end

Mine is coming. Already received the battery, just waiting for the frame and motor.
Question, is the speed restricted by default or what is the default speed limit?
Can I get it to 45kph like my trek rail which had a volspeed on it.

Is mullet setup gonna make the BB too low?

Would you guys trust the frame on some gnarly stuff?
I looking to buy the CEF69, but I ride mostly Squamish style trails.

Mine have already arrived and riding now. I'm at 40km and don't have a good pic yet.

Bike is solid but I think the BB is a bit low and doing a mullet is not ideal for me. Wonder if there is someone who could make a custom link for it.

The m510 motor is pretty calm compared to the bosch gen 4. I feel that the power from stop comes a bit late.
Needs a bit of tuning for my taste. Do we need an external program tool for this? Or, is there an app for it?

Hi. What is the height of BB?

J’ai mesuré le point le plus bas sur la plaque de protection.

CEF69 - Full 29 - 270mm
Trek Rail Gen 3 - Mulet - 265 mm

Just add 30-35mm.
Ok, thanks. That would mean 305 mm. Does otherbody can confirm that ? These value is to lower for my use (350 mm mini needed). Shortened crank arms will been mandatory and seem impossible to make mulet for me with these value.

I have purchased the 2 linkages available (classic and x2 adapted). i will seen when i received it, if i could growing BB height by combinate the two

I tried fitting a 27.5 wheel on the rear and removed it. it was just too low.

What could probably work is an 180mm front plus an angle set. But, there is no angleset for zs52 that I found.

I don't think. Modified angle set to compensate longer forks will been lowered the bike. Really with 300 in 29", impossible to make mullet for me. Not surprised, it's the same with the CEF50 and the bike functioning weel like that. mullet don't make great differency for my opinion, less than bases length. I prefer mullet mostly by commodity to easly exchange wheel with my other bikes.

I think an angleset will help. Use it to steepen the bike and that would raise the BB.

I measured the lowest point on skid plate.

CEF69 - Full 29 - 270mm
Trek Rail Gen 3 - Mullet - 265mm

Both are in 170mm fork.

Make the cef69 into a mullet would put it below 250mm.
hi. can you measure the center of the drive shaft? how far from the ground is it? thanks

Of course, if you reduce angle you raise the BB. But you modified bike comportement (less stability). If you instal longer travel forks without increase angle to compensate, you risk to have too many angle: loose maniability/front adhesion and bike balance. between 64° and 63° is acceptable to test for me. Outside this range no. I will test when i received the bike. But with the CEF50, i didn't find soluce and it definitively ride (very well) in full 29

Is there any reason your moving from your CEF50 to CEF69 or just to try a new one?

If anyone has fusion360 abilities and can help me adding a flipchip to the CEF69 yoke , that'd be amazing. Kind of stuck here (everything's calculated to once flipped keep the same bb height on 27.5)
Should add more material just where the outer part of the flip chip sits and replicate the same on the other face

What did they charge for the x2-adapted linkage? And did that include the new seatstays with the bridge? Thanks

Just built up my wifes size small.

Gonna run it 27.5 all around. Only using a 205x50mm shock, so ground clearance should be safe. The rear chainstay routing was an absolute shitshow. Worst experience I've ever had to manage. Otherwise, bike looks good and was delivered in pretty decent QC. Installing the shock was deeply unpleasant as well. Not for lack of clearance, but because the rotating members need to be moved in a very specific order.

I'd rather have soft rubber grommets for the exit ports instead of the hard plastic because once you add a hardwired light and a throttle, you have a stupid number of things coming out.

Picture doesnt have front brake because I'm still working on shortening it.

Now I need to open up the M560 firmware and make this thing less stupidly tuned. In particular, the throttle changing behavior by mode is driving me nuts.
