Where do you get info like that? That is really quick to pull an update for that specific reason. I could understand if it was because the update process was very unintuitive.Looks like Bosch pulled the update for Euro owners due to too many owners de restricting to the US version, or something like that.

all useless things are needed things, that's it!That’s a fake message on the Bosch owners Facebook page.
The update don’t seem too revolutionary to me.
Although maybe I was pushing too hard chasing speed and power - currently sat in A&E at almost 3am due to coming off my bike.
try!I haven't been able to do the update yet but it's not a big deal to me. It'll probably straighten itself out in the next few days.
However when I was digging around in the Flow App I noticed that I could just change the wheel circumference.
Can the top speed be increased by a few mph/ kph utilizing this slider?
Thanks.

I quickly read it, but didn’t look into much or give it a second thought. That’s a fake message on the Bosch owners Facebook page.

Yepp. Not a big difference, as expected...but noticeable.this update is going slowly but surely, the benefit is 90% psychological and 10% real![]()
This worked for me on my Santa Cruz!“Genius” update.
What worked for me:
1. Appstore didnt show flow update -> reinstalled and after that got the latest 1.35.5
2. After that 19.54 bike update is available. Update it.
3. Delete and install Flow again xD -> go to components, motor, get 2.0 banner in there, install.
Finally! You get 120 nm
Bosch can do better as for me…
I've just used APKMirror. Worked perfectly, all updated and new settings available in about 5 mins.if your on android and want it sooner, install via aptoide
Seems to me that since max speed isn't determined by GPS, then it can only be by rear wheel roll out (circumference) multiplied by RPM as recorded by the rim magnets sensor. So with this 10% circumference setting range there should be about 10% range in speed, with 20mph being the targeted cut off, which could be from 18-20, through 20-22?I haven't been able to do the update yet but it's not a big deal to me. yesQuestion for the CX4 crowd: without a watt or NM increase, what exactly is the 'increase assistance to 600%' doing? Isn't it just providing more assistance output for a lower given rider input?
Looks like the assistance used to be 400% for Gen4. So since the total wattage is still 600W, doesn't it simply mean a rider before would have had to input 150W to the cranks to access 400% assistance or 600W, where now they'll only have to put in 100W to access the same 600W motor power?

It would be just like changing the tires on your car or truck to a smaller or larger diameter/circumference, and causing inaccurate speedometer readings.
I couldn't have explained it any better than this:@Shark58
Can you clarify this please
The user...Actually, there are two different wheel circumference parameters:
- A firmware parameter set by the manufacturer: The power assistance speed limit is calculated based on this parameter.
- A firmware parameter adjustable by the bike owner (via the Flow app): This parameter is used to display the speed on the screen, allowing for minor corrections depending on the tires mounted on the bike. The motor assistance cut-off is not affected by this setting.
That is incorrect! The circumference setting in the Flow app. is merely to allow the display speed to be accurately set. The real circumference setting is fixed in the firmware so if the tires are replaced with different sized ones which will change the speed slightly it is still possible to correct the speed shown in the display.Seems to me that since max speed isn't determined by GPS, then it can only be by rear wheel roll out (circumference) multiplied by RPM as recorded by the rim magnets sensor. So with this 10% circumference setting range there should be about 10% range in speed, with 20mph being the targeted cut off, which could be from 18-20, through 20-22?

Yes, the Garmin integration is only available for the Edge xx40 and xx50 models. On those models you need to install the latest beta version from Garmin. Is the issue that my Garmin is a 1030? Do I need a newer model?
I'm not in any hurry so is/will the second Performance 2.0 update show up at some later time after the ver. 1.35 Flow app update? After deleting the bike and then adding it back into the Flow app a second Performance 2.0 update will show. This takes only 15 seconds to install and, surprise the 120 Nm show up in all riding modes.
It may take some time, up to 24 hours, and then show up.I'm not in any hurry so is/will the second Performance 2.0 update show up at some later time after the ver. 1.35 Flow app update?
