There's some teething issues.

Bosch said “it may take several days before you see the performance upgrade for the performance value ‘maximum torque'”, so my hope is this will be figured out for us all by the weekend.

Got a link ?. it's just showing old version for me at UK play store
I don't think I can send you a link to the app but it's on there.

From Orbea this morning-

Thank you for reaching out to Orbea! We truly appreciate you taking the time to contact us and for the trust you have placed in our brand.

We are glad to hear that you are enjoying your Wild M10. It is a spectacular ebike.
Our Technical Department has just confirmed that we have received information from Bosch indicating that, during the upgrade process on some ebikes, an issue has occurred where the maximum power was increased to 750W, but the maximum torque was not updated to 100?Nm and has remained at 85?Nm.
To address this, Bosch has temporarily paused the upgrade, so it is currently not possible to perform it. They expect to resolve the issue within the next few hours or days.
Ebikes that have already received the upgrade, where the power was increased but the torque was not, will remain in that state until the updated version of the upgrade becomes available again.
We remain at your complete disposal should you have any further questions or concerns. We would be delighted to assist you in any way we can.
Sincerely,

Orbea Wild M-LTD.
Android, Flow app version 1.28.9, Gen5 BDU3840 EB11 100 00E, location Finland.
I got the 750w upgrade today, but still 85Nm. Maybe i have to wait few days to get 100Nm?
As I mentioned yesterday, only the 750w update was successful, not the 100Nm and no new update from any of the app menus.
I just deleted the flow app from my android phone and reinstalled it and after that I also got the 100Nm update.

Some report that they uninstalled the app (iOS) and reinstalled it. After that a second update shall be shown and 100Nm are available.
BUT some brands did not yet release the power upgrade for their bikes.

The app update came across today for my us based android. Will have to wait till I get home from work to hopefully update the bike.

If you only get the 750w update, delete the flow app from your phone and reinstall it. After that, you will also get the 100Nm update. At least that's how I got 100Nm. Before reinstalling the app, I got only 750w and the 100Nm update didn't appear anywhere in the app's menus, even though I looked through all the menus in the app.

Ive found that the app on my phone is the issue, however no amount of sacking it off and reinstalling resolves it crashing. Another iphone running the same IOS version has no issues and connects to the bike, and stays running, without issue.

uninstall and reinstall app to ensure you get the latest app update. I had to do it twice, first one got me the 750w and the second one allowed me to update the motor to 100nm. US - Android - Crestline

Just did the same and it worked like a charm. 👌

Ty. That worked. Second time it installed the torque update. Will try it out tonight.

Strange....the Flow app is set for auto update as a default. My app store still shows the current version as 1.27 so no point installing that.

For those waiting, for me the iPhone App updated as anticipate/promised on 14 July, but didn’t offer much new, the system/bike update came through today with one of most faultless upgrades I’ve ever had from Bosch, delivering MTB+ to my Gen4 CX Orbea Wild M-Team. Time to get out and play with it…

With this additional eMTB+ mode, it would be useful to have more than 4 ride modes available to use.

I've removed 'Eco' as I very rarely use it, so my options are now Tour, eMTB, eMTB+ and Turbo

Just to let you know, I read on another forum, BOSCH have paused updates until they sort a few issues.. Can't say if it is true, but makes sense, as no one is getting the update now...

^^^^ Same here on my Crestline.
