Just tried my Galaxy S22 with the App and although my DP C241.CAN display shows a Bluetooth signal when trying to pair with the phone, the App 'doesn't recognise the device' or it would seem, the display itself!? Cannot bind basically...

Nope doesn't work for me either. I have just contacted Bafang through their support page to ask whether it's possible to have a firmware version for the M600 that supports the parameter changing that is now offered for the M510 through either the Bafang Go+ app or BESST Pro. I'd suggest that all M600/M500 owners on this forum do likewise. Be positive though and butter them up a bit!

The support page is here:

Agree on that, but it's still a potentially interesting feature if it will give more more tuning abilities

My reading of the blurb is that it’s for all manufacturers, not just Bafang, giving even the hub and mid motors of the cheap end of the market a way of offering what the larger manufacturers offer.

But dont hold me to that.

Is anyone aware of a site where it's possible to buy the new DPC245 display? Looks like a nice replacement for the DPC241, which is a bit of an ugly thing.

Note: I've looked at Aliexpress and can't see it there.

I was just checking the manual of DP C245.CAN and found this:

there are DP C244.CAN and DP C245.CAN. 245 has bluetooth and 244 doesn't. Nothing new.
But when you try to open the manual, there are two options:

One is BLE5.0 and another is BLE5.1.

In one it is writen:

and in the other:

So it looks like there are two versions of C245. One with BLE5.0 ant one with BLE 5.1. It looks like if you have 5.0 you can't connect to Go+ app. And it looks like thay have identical part numbers, so when you order one as a customer/dealer, you don't know which one you will receive..

I then checked the other displays and this is the only one, where there are different manuals for BLE5.0 and BLE 5.1.

Have 245 which can connect to GO app and cannot connect to Go+ app. May they have different Sw I don't know but looks strange if this displays will have different HW

Same here. Was described above in this tread. There are 2 Versions of 245, only the version with BT 5.1 can connect to GO+ app

Do you think this version has any differences in HW?
I have assomption that inly SW is different. May be change firmware for that?

Bluetooth connection works great on my setup. Very happy with it so far.

Bafang M510 FC 2.0 with DP C245 Display. I am able to access the Options:
Set the personalized ride MENU
Support Level Settings MENU
Able to change Level Settings for ECO, TRAIL, SPORT, SPORT+, BOOST
Level Settings available:
Acceleration Feature
Max. Output Power
Current Speed Limit
Startup Angle *What does this mean?

Looks very similar to Besst Tool Settings except there is no Support Relation Setting on the Go+ App.
Can someone please explain what "Support Relation Setting" is on Besst Tool?

I don't have experience with BESST but this is in the manual:

The “Support Relation” refers to the output power of the motor/human power, set by adjusting the support relation of each support level. The greater the support relation, the stronger the power assist.
