No. It is hardcoded in firmware. Only to ask Bafang devs to update it. I am ok with walk assistance, dont find it weak.

Not sure if it regulate max walking speed by wheel speed sensor or only to some rpms of rotor. If first option try to decrease circumference if this help to walk assist speed.

But true is every firmware is different and things which worked in older version can be spoiled in new version.

For example v3.5 in M510 has a long delay and I am noticing I am braking also motor for a second, when I stopp pedalling. What the hell that developers doing?!

Shikhov, how u mean u have wrong SOC percentage? If you have 43V firmware flashed (motor is not 48V, only depends what firmware voltage u flash, controller takes voltage up to 14S) and using 48V battery, it is like that. What do u expecting?

Hi, guys. Do you have a rattling noise when going down the rocks from the motor?
About the rattling sound when passing obstacles. The sound is definitely coming from the motor when I am standing on the pedals. There is no noise when I pedal on rocks. I did a test at home. Constant pressure on the left pedal. I swing the motor shaft through the chain. The sound is the same as what I hear when I ride downhill. Does anyone have the same sound?

Also, has anyone found a way to fix the motor turning off (for a second or fraction of a second) in mode 1 and 2 when riding flat or up a slight uphill. I read that the m510 takes a little longer (about a minute) to calibrate when turned on. But waiting more than a minute doesn't help remove the turn offs on my motor.
Many thanks!
