SZZS specific CEF50-main thread (initial builds and troubleshooting related only)

They don't have Hardlite 179mm :) Closest i see is
Rear Axle
Sram UDH 180mm
$39.00
These are the two axles I have bought for my V2 Size XL with Axis UHD Transmission. They both work perfectly. I got the longer one because I wanted to adjust the Transmission distance from the hub using a washer to two to fine tune shifting. Eventually I just went back with the shorter axle with no washers once I got it all tuned via software. These axles have shown zero wear and tear despite all the use and abuse I give them (drops, etc.).

I am putting together the new bike and am getting the error 21 when just trying to do walk mode on the bike. I have tried all possible orientations of the sensor and no luck. Here is a pic of the magnet, is there even a magnet on this thing?

See if it catches to metal...looks like missing magnet.

Hello, do you recommend using dielectric grease for the contacts? My frame will be arriving soon and I want to have everything ready to mount it. Any recommendations for assembly?

I got new battery from SZZS for CEF50: 835wh/48v (INR21700-50E cell)

I plan to install it tomorrow, i will add photo with weight of 700wh/48V (expecting similar weight, also 3,5kg)

Battery 835Wh:

Thanks for the pics and weight.
Are you certain about the cell though? The 50E cell would only get you to 15 AH or 720 WH. My guess is that these must be using the newish 58E cell with 5800 mah, in 13s3p which would give you 17.4 AH and 836 WH. Jean confirmed they were using samsung cells, but not which one specifically. But thanks again for the info

This is the info from SZZS QUOTATION: aluminum case INR21700-50E cell( 48v/835wh)

But if you do the math yourself, 5000 mah cells wont get you to 835wh capacity at 13s3p, and if they used 13s4p, the cells alone would weigh more than the total completed battery.

Not that it really matters, I was just curious more than anything else. Thanks again.

Yes you right, something is wrong. I asked Linda for clarification.

Also i updated last post with additional photos.

I know this is about the frame CEF50

I have a question for frame users CEF50 and CEF55
Are these frames durable? What's the weight capacity of these frames? I can't find that information anywhere. I weigh about 100 kg and am considering buying a new CEF69 frame, but will it support my weight?

CEF50 100 kg is no problem. It can handle much more actually...don't ask how I know.😄

Does anyone have this newest display currently running on our CEF50 frame?

Would be curious to see how to retrofit this in for the clever peeps out there?

My Markhor has its and i hate it alot, will definitely install C245 if i ever remove it my kun lun battery. Just now I am lazy that all... the top tube lcd totally can not see anything when u DH. Stay away from it if possible .

I believe a DengFu E82 owner was able to use a cutout and mount flush using a tab for the screw. I'll see if I can get his methodology.
I think I'll wait to see if Bafang upgrades the display with a wireless remote version😂...to remove the wire-cable clutter, especially since I have the traditional frame cable routing. 👊

That's strange, how do you mount it?
you buy it together with the steering stem
however, the display controller is also on the cable

CEF50-CEF55 with a 480-835 Wh Bafang M820 battery and a 280 Wh extension option.
CEF69 with a Bafang M510 battery and a 480-835 Wh motor. Private information.

CEF 50-3(y) Looks like that top tube display is really integrated in there nice and flush.

You need 5800 mah battery cell to get 835wh and now on the market ONLY LG M58T INR21700-M58 has it. Samsung has the 21700 MAX 5000mah. If i were to buy another battery pack, i would get Samsung 50S NOT 50E. The 50S has 25AMP discharge rate so therefore its generate less heat compare to 50E which only has 10amp. Once the battery pack get warm and cool down, your battery level will drop too.

Does anyone have any contact for them?
Because I wrote to this email [email protected] but they haven't replied to me for a week.
Pm me your WhatsApp number, check your email as she has reply. You email went into spam , that why she didnt reply. You can WhatsApp her on +86-13642369910. Keep in mind china has block WhatsApp, they need to use VPN to use WhatsApp. Sometimes VPN will disconnect by itself.

I agree, Jean seems to have a very agressive spam filter on her email. The first email I sent got no response, nor the second. It wasnt until I removed anything that could remotely be considered spam / links / products / etc, then I finally got a quick response. Since then, there's been no issues back and forth, and she is very quick to reply. WhatsApp might be the better option, though I haven't used it myself.

Hey guys, my frame (V1) is squeaking on each pedal stroke. Its seems to be coming from the frame itself ? or motor ? i dont know. I've tightened everything near the motor (pedals and bolts) and it still do it, what do you think i missed ?

Push down on both pedals at same time with both feet and all your weight with pedals at 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock then gently with top of one foot spin them 180 degrees and agree repeat push down. If they don't move or speak you can rule out pedals and crank arms. And this is how they should be anyways.

Also, when does it squeak? Pedaling? over run? Jumps? Drops?

Finally, turn off motor completely and pedal around on smooth concrete helps also in narrowing things down.

Saddle seat sometime make those noise. Try pedal up saddle. Then check your 3 motor bolt n last your linkage bolt. I think its mostly your 3 motor or saddle..
