Your chain ring jumps forward with each gunshot, which makes me think your freehub must be slipping a few ratchet teeth. I would take it apart for inspection and cleaning.

I think it's just the smallest cog on your cassette is worn. So, the chain is slipping forwards one tooth then abruptly catching again. You could also check the derailleur adjustment and make sure the B screw is set correctly.

There doesn’t seem to be anything broken, so will give it a clean, regrease and put back together…

SOLVED

There was a E13 screw loose on the motor but the main issue was the smallest cog on the cassette.

I’ve purchased a new Shimano XT cassette and it now back to be smooth as silk.
