seat bag and dropper post?

I'm new to having a dropper post but do like to use a seat bag to carry spare tube, multitool, tire levers, etc. Is there a rubbing problem having the forward strap of the seat bag loosely going around the dropper post? Is that rubbing likely to wear the post to the point of losing its seal? I'm not concerned about cosmetics.

Thanks.

You can get a small tool bag that fits in the cavity under the saddle secured by a Velcro strap around the 2 seat rails. That enables the saddle to be fully slammed without fouling the backwheel. No strap around the dropper post required. I carry all my tools plus Co2 in mine. The only thing that does not fit is an emergency tube ( still handy even though I run tubeless). I have that strapped to the frame.
