brand new levo comp faulty command seat post dropper

has any one had a problem with there new bikes command seat post within 10 metre off cycling the dropper started dropping under weight , check the pressure with shock pump it was fine 18 psi ,once home checked to cable there no tightness cable nice and free. bike has had to order new one , but is this comment with levo
