Didn’t manage to get out this week, got man flu, life caught up and there just wasn’t time, but obviously Hasbro have been watching and have made me into an action figure.
A little dirt jumping session and a rock garden riding practice. Suddenly we have spring again.
Only jumping I do now is in and out of bed.

It is years since my wife looked like that.
On Saturday, I did the Belvoir Loop to the west of Grantham. It starts in the village of Stathern and climbs steeply up Stott Hill for about 300 feet before joining the Jubilee Way, various trails and roads and villages before joining the Viking Way for a spell, the Grantham/Nottingham canal. Then a long climb to the highest point for miles around Belvoir Castle then back on the Jubilee way again before descending back down the escarpment into Stathern. Distance 18.1 miles, no idea what elevation.
I saw this field from the Jubilee Way; I think it is a beautiful example of the ploughman's art!
Mind you, he had good soil!

Haha what happens is folk steal them from the tractors and harvesters talking about GPS systems that cost about £10,000 each .
Bike park season opening at local. Almost had mechanical because of bad gear change on boost, deraullier was somewhere deep in cassette and I was sure day ended there. But somehow I managed to get it out and all mighty GX worked like nothing has happened. Kudos to mechanical 12-Speed GX, keeps suprising.
Coastal riding in great weather. Riding on the rocks is the best.
We're you out poaching or robbing, all camouflaged up. I have a couple pairs of army goretex trousers for the wet. Desert ones not been on yet , camouflaged Mechanix gloves as well

This wooded area was full of small Christmas tree-sized spruces when I started mountain biking. Now they've grown considerably larger.

So I'm thinking it's a disused railway line ? We have some not that distance though. Or maybe I should check. One that cracks me up is that straight road in Australia 90 miles long ????.
