New CEF69 bafang m510 and bafang m560 and cef50 bafang m820 frames

Just measured my (2025?) Float X. Measures 54.4mm. Hope it fits. Jean seems to be sure it will.

My frame is apparently waiting for customs clearance etc so will hopefully be able to give an update soon. Size Large, V3.
Yes it will be fine

Guys, as i mentioned they had the linkage working with the Float X2 2025 and lower, I mentioned they need to get 2026 Float X2 as its bigger, they have purchased that and starting testing again measurments, once they get that fully fitted i would say should fit any shock on market.

Just need to be patient, I have had my bike since November and havnt seen trail yet, So feel my pain

Does anyone have any documentation or instructions for assembling the frameset?
I have a few questions.

I am not sure about the little black box for your first speed sensor photo. Mine did not come with that, but if I had to bet, it just get stuffed up inside the frame. Your second photo. I believe is extra hardware from Befang but our frames came with their own mounting hardware. The only items I used from your second photo were the locking ring and the two crank bolts on the top left. Hope this helps.

So my frame etc finally arrived. Quality of the frame is really good.

I can now also confirm that the Float X does make contact with the frame at about 85% travel. Sorted that out by shifting the washers on the mounting hardware BUT this is not an ideal situation. I will contact Jean and see what the options are.

I am also not able to get the motor to give any assistance. Controller works, gives cadence and speed etc but the motor does not kick in.

Does anyone have links to installation videos of links for manuals? Bafangs support to the individual is definately on the lacking side.

Thanks all

That component on the speed sensor cable just hangs free near the motor after you connect the cable connector to the motor.

Does everything light up? If the speed sensor is incorrectly positioned, it won't work; will it not display any error code on the screen?
Everything lights up, yes. Cadence and speed show when I turn the cranks. I am going to connect my BESST tool and see if I can see any issues.

The motor won’t engage unless you are on it. If it’s n the stand it won’t go. Did you actually try riding it?

What are you all torque this bolt to? Mine is backing out. Blue locktight on threads and I torqued to 8nm.

Aah! No, I did not try riding it. Will give it a go this afternoon once I have reassembled.
That was the correct answer! All operating as it should. Went for a test ride and the bike feels really good. Weight comes in at 21.5kgs.

Also reset the parameters on the BESST tool. They seem to be giving accounts out a bit easier than they used to. Sent in my account request on the app and 2 minutes later was approved and could work online with the BESST tool.

Please where and how did you ask Bafang to allocate an account?

I had my laptop connected to the BESST tool and my bike. A prompt came up asking to register. I entered my details, and said I was a dealer, and a few minutes later I had my username set up. I then had full use if the tool, not just the off line functions.

Hope that helps?

Unfortunately Fieldbikes forgot to put my CEF69 M560 Motor Cover, are those cover/mudguard for the motor are generic? or is there any 3d print model?

Speaking under correction, but I think it is frame specific as it bolts onto the frame, not the motor.
Best would be to get them to courier one to you at their cost as it was their mistake.
Not sure of the3d print options but I think they would be scarce.

How did you get the BESST tool? Dies it come in the kit from SZZS Bikes? I'm waiting for a quote on a frame, seems like the good timing to check for such "details" 🤣

It does not come in the kit. I ordered it from SZZS but paid extra. I think long term it will be worth it.

They have it on their list of products, was not too expensive.
