Motor grinding noise...

My 2020 Cube 160 AT motor is making grinding noise. It only happens when the motor has warmed up and when I'm going uphill (has load). Below is a video I took which you can hear the grinding noise.


Here's what I've done so far for troubleshooting.
1. verified derailleur is properly setup/aligned. Shifts smoothly.
2. chain is cleaned and lubed
3. verified lockring is not loose
4. verified chain stretch tolerance
5. cannot reproduce the noise when bike is on bike stand while motor is off and on.
6. verified cassette is not loose

Anyone else have this issue?

Nope. mine doesn't do that. sounds horrible. But it sounds like the chain is rubbing on something. Have you checked your rear axel is screwed in tight. that could cause that, as the wheel would be pulled a little out of allignment when under load.
