2020 Cube 160 SL noisy gear change

Noticed while out with mates that the gear change on mine is very clunky compared to others, Haibike, Spesh and fantic were the others.
Am i doing something wrong?
Is it setup wrong ?
Is it normal ?

Are you backing off the pressure when you change gear?

Tried a few different ways, Sounds really bad when changing to higher gear, going down gears isn't so bad

Test ride a 140 last week and that was smooth and as quiet as any other

If you think there’s something wrong with it you could take it back to lbs and get them to check it over.

WIll have them take a look when its due a first service in about 3 weeks. thanks

It's under warranty so I wouldn't even worry about it...they'll sort it
