Yeah I'm still pushing my shop to swap for an 12A charger for free. Going for my Deemax yellow set in full 29. As for the dropper I change it for one-up when the stock one will be done. Not sure about the cockpit...

I ditched the triangular Arcos headset stem spacers so I can run Industry Nine stem.

Those Deemax are awesome wheels!

I got same model/color. Unfortunately it came with a lot of cosmetic damage from cardboard rubbing against frame during shipping. Its only a visual thing but still, dropping that much $ we shouldn't have to settle.

At a bare minimum I would change out Wheelset and dropper post, both are junk fir such a high-end bike.

Because we had to "settle" for RR model, it doesn't come with fast charger.

If you plan on switching out any components, I may be able to offer some advice. I literally changed every component down to the bolts. Overall it's going smoothly, but there are some nuances depending what you are replacing.

Still can hardly believe you buy all of these new nearly identical bikes. I'm eagerly awaiting your reviews with your current batch of hot bikes and compared to your recent rides also.

Here's a few things I came across that may be of value:

-If you're going with AXS dropper or need to remove/replace dropper cable, you need to loosen the 2 water bottle bolts on the downtube because cable housing is held in place by a clamp.

Will also need to loosen the little Allen bolt where the cable enters the front of the frame.

Amazon sells plugs you can use for the opening on the frame ports to prevent water/debree from getting in.

-If you want to run traditional round stem spacers/aftermarket stem you'll be better off changing out the top headset as well.

Theoretically you could leave the triangular topcap of the headset but it won't look good. I went with a Canecreek 40 headset and upgraded the bearing to the 110 model.

You can mix and match cups, topcaps and bearings from all 3 Canecreek models (40/70/110). You will need the transducer that comes with the 40 series since the Zendit takes ZS56 top headset cup/cover.

-If you change out the shock or need to remove, be VERY careful when you remove it. Know this is captain obvious stuff, but frame compresses very easy and you’ll damage the frame if you don't use work stand to hold frame, keep from falling. Wanna use rags too. Will make it much easy to reinstall new shock as well.

I upgraded to a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate and bought new mounting hardware. Has to lightly sand OEM SRAM mounting hardware that goes into eyelet because it was slightly too wide. You will not be able to use Fox mounting hardware if you with SRAM shock.

-If you decide to switch out the brakes, you can keep stock Maven cable and would just have to flush line depending on the brake fluid/hose diameter of the model you are installing.

I went with Hope EVO GR4 's and decided to run a new brake line. Used the old cable as a guide and attached to a barb Sram sells to connect 2 brake cables together.

You'll need to remove shock, lower splash guard in rear of bike and there's a locking guide in the rear triangle that you'll need to loosen so the brake cable can be installed.


Have seen some exchanges regarding frame size and will share my thoughts with the caveat that I am not telling you what frame size to buy, only how the frame I bought fits me.

I am 6ft even, 32" inseam and think the M/L size is perfect for my intentions. I want a bike that's more on the nimble side and set up for all-mountain. Don't feel cramped at all, but wouldn't want the effective reach to be any smaller.

Went with the same size lenght stem as Mondraker recommends (Industry Nine 30mm stem). My saddle is almost dead center regarding the fore/aft position and have leeway to move it forward or backward if need be.
I could definitely see why someone my height would go with a large size frame depending on their intention of their set up. I have an RH3 size Crestline RS181.2 coming soon and it's gonna be my dh beast, so I opted for the M/L Zendit and believe I made the right call.

I also swapped out the ethirteen lower model Crankset for SRAM XO's. The Q factor is a couple mm wider than e13's but not really noticeable. Be careful not to over torque them, they don't have built in stopper like e13's.
To fit a SRAM X0 crankset on your DJI Avinox M2S motor, you need the SRAM X0 Eagle E-MTB Crank Assembly (model FC-X0-PA-D1). The motor uses an ISIS spline interface (which is also shared with many Bosch/Brose e-bikes), making standard SRAM DUB spindle cranks incompatible.Torque Setting Crank Arm Bolt Torque: 48 Nm to 54 Nm. Be sure to use sufficient amount of grease.

I went with Industry Nine Hydra 2 hubs/Enduro 300 rims and mounted 2.5 Schwalbe Eddy Current on rear wheel and have plenty of frame clearance.


Brake Post Mount on frame is set up for 200mm rotors, so you’ll only need an adapter if you go with bigger rotors.

Sick bike🔥 wish you a lot of happy miles on it. Dont know If I was following good enough, this is a 175mm or a 200mm AXS Reverb V2 on the pictures?
It's a 175mm AXS B1 (version 2). I raised it a little while making trail adjustments on set up ride. Like others have stated, you can gain an additional ~4mm of travel if you take off the plastic part above the seat post collar. Unfortunately I need another 5-7mm to run a 200mm AXS dropper. I would hate have to always slightly lower it when fully extending during climbs. I'm very partial to the AXS wireless an Ergon Saddle.

Hearing amazing things about that new Zeb from a couple guys who are typically not Rock Shox fans…
I rode the previous version Zeb on my Orbea Wild and Crestline S180 and the new model feels a little more plush while still riding a little higher in the travel.

I ran a DSD Runt previously and was able dial in the psi settings in the upper and lower chambers so it had great small bump compliance and didn't dive in the turns.

The improved design features on the new model negate the need for the Runt and was really impressed how smooth, yet responsive it feels. I am running more psi than previous model like RockShox states you need to for the 2027 model, but not as much as the trail app recommends.

So today's ride was only 13 miles and primary goal was to get suspension dialed in for tomorrow's 25 mile ride at Daley Ranch that I do on a regular basis.

Its a great ride with lots of technical climbing, some fireroads, flowy singletrack and mixed with some chunk and techy downhill.

Had a lot to take into consideration today because after 5+ years of riding, I switched from a coil shock to an air, changed from a Shirgura brakes set up (Shimano Saint Levers with Magura MT7 Calipers/MDR-P Rotors) to the newish Hope EVO GR4 brakes with Galfer rotors and for S&G I installed radial tires for the first time!

To address the elephant in the room, the Avinox M2S motor is a beast! Not just the power (which is insane) but how intuitive it feels and performs.

Think about the sh*t ass grin you had the 1st time you rode an emtb and that's what I felt like on today's inaugural ride.

I've read all the articles, watch the videos just like most of you and it all comes down to personal preferences, but I'm glad I made the plunge and to each their own. For me, it was the right decision.

Made a few adjusts with tire psi, dropper post height and compression settings mainly on the fork during the ride and have have some more minor tweeks I'm making for tomorrow beta test. I dialed down the power settings in Trail and Boost and only used Turbo 2 times. Man, the power is insane and needs to be used with caution till you get used to it.

Oh yeah, this baby is thirsty! She likes to drink more power then my Bosch Gen 5 motor, but also seems pretty efficient in Auto Mode. Being able to ride at 28mph on the fire roads was pretty cool.

In regard to how the Mondraker frame/suspension performed, all the hype is real! It feels really smooth and agile for being a full fat emtb with a decent size wheel base. I was really impressed with the rear suspension, how it performed on technical climbing and of course the downhill.

I wasn't sure how the bike would feel with a 30mm stem. Thought it might be a little twitchy, but that was not the case at all. It felt very stable, yet agile.

Have read a lot of comments about the sizing on this thread and a couple reviews from content providers. I felt right at home on the bike from the get go, just like I did the 1st time I rode my 2025 Wild. The Zendit reminded me in one way that was very similar to my previous Yeti e160, the faster you rode it, the better it performed!

It was hard to decipher all the characteristics of the bike attributed to the frame design because so many of the components I was using were new to me.

Being honest in regard to the con's, not be able to run a 200mm dropper is disappointing. I also think Mondraker went the cheapo route on the stock dropper, wheelset, stem & bars and not including the fast charger on the RR model.

I can honestly attest that the Mondraker’s Zero Suspension System is an awesome design. The rear end stayed very stable while climbing and super smooth on the downhills. Its kind of hard to articulate, but it just felt natural.

Obviously this was only a short ride to see how it rode and to dial in the suspension, but I'm super excited about tomorrow's ride!

Been fortunate to have some pretty fun bikes over the years and the Zendit feels fun to ride already.

Will circle back with some additional feedback after tomorrow and am interested to see how the Zendit does on one of my favorite rides.

Hey thanks for a detailed anwser. I am looking for my next ebb and Zendit is a contender. I am 5'10" (178,5cm)so a bit shorter than you and I got from my calculations for the 200mm AXS on the zendit that cca 1.5cm is limiting me for it. Could I ask if you can measure the distance from the ground to the sadle rails when fully dropped and fully extended.

Hello! Has anyone an XL size? In this case, does your bike make any noise while climbing with the seatpost fully extended? The noise should come from the carbon tube or seatpost tube inside the frame. Mine is very annoying and appeared in the first ride🤔
