Only trying to be of help, these things cost a lot of money .......you def want some big rotors to slow you down on the steep/ technical stuff ..maybe a bigger battery as it’s gonna go down a lot quicker too .....and maybe some big burly DH rims and you will be set to hit some big narly runs .....sorted ?

Just as a side note on prepping your bike for a heavy rider. The DT swiss hybrid (emtb) wheels are rated up to 150kg, and Mavic recently came out with a set rated at 180kg for emtb bikes.

May be worth a look.

Thanks! Unfortunately not available yet, looks like ‘this year’: new Mavic E-Deemax S30 und S35-wheels – E-bike specific wheels with 180 kg clearance! | E-MOUNTAINBIKE Magazine

I can only find these, which look good but are rated to 150: E-Deemax S35 27 - E-mtb - Wheels - MTB | Mavic

They both look really good, wider rims with a higher load rating.

I was looking at these but no listed rating. Get good feedback on being strong though: SPANK Tuned 359/350 Vibrocore™ Wheelset
