Kenevo Gen1 Dropout bolt

Hi.

Going over my 2019 kenevo with a torque wrench and it says the dropout bolt is 23nm. Which bolt is the dropout bolt? Is it the one in the picture?

No its the suspension pivot bolt. I recall all the suspension bolts are 23nm apart from the main frame/swingarm pivot bolt at 20mn.
Your pic is the derailleur hanger which is 4nm.
