Has anybody been able to get the real time tune to work after the latest update? I've set the controls from the display on the screen to increase and decrease power but when I press them nothing seems to happen (it just beeps). Also should this only work in Trail or multiple modes? Thanks!

You can see this change when you enter the settings of a given mode, e.g. ECO on the bike display and when pressing FineTune in ECO you will see an increase or decrease in assistance.

Possibly a silly question but do I need to enable this somehow anywhere?

You need to assign the increase and decrease to the right buttons on the steering wheel
Yeah I've done that but when I press them nothing seems to happen (although they do beep). Wondering if I need to modify assistance levels or enable it somewhere else maybe.

Hello! I'm considering an Amflow Carbon PL, curious if some owners can shed light on below:
- Has anyone gone from an SL bike like Fuel exe/Levo SL to PL? How is the weight/handling in comparison?
- Is there any word on 800wh -> 600wh conversion?
- Last question, has anyone tried grey import to a not supported country? Sweden is currently not in the support network, but will be this year according to some

I went from Fuel Exe, weight very similar (exe with extender), no difference I can feel
Conversion is not possible cose you dont get battery alone. When you try 800 you will realize that you dont need to go to 600 to save 1 kg.
I bought mine in october in Germany and live in Slovakia. The same my friends did. No problem at all, AMflow support was always helpfull. Yes, there where some small issues, always solved with support.

I imported mine from Germany to Switzerland, no problem qnd many to be spotted on trails despite no official distribution.

Thanks, did you buy the non pro version? (Maybe I wasn't clear in my post I was thinking about the least expensive version)

The ride and the way the AMflow handles is very similar to the SLs, only without the motor noise and a lot more power. When ridden back to Back with the Gen 4 Levo you can really feel the weight and handling difference.

It is not.

PL Carbon only comes with 800whr battery. Don't stress about it and ride the bike - they're great.

Is this possible? Have you done it? Having trouble finding any reports on this :)
I remember there was a guy who bought a Amflow with the 600Wh and wanted to upgrade/ swap but do not remember if this was here or in german emtb forum (tried to search but not found). 🤔

From his dropper breaking now his rear wheel decided it didn’t want 2 spokes less then 30 seconds in to a ride.

Hey, has anyone come across a drink bottle and holder that fits without rubbing on the shock.

The 600ml camelback bottle hits the shock when in a Lezyne side mount holder.

Thanks, I should have clarified I have the Pro which has the piggyback air chamber which reduces the clearance.
I got a plastic bottle mount and re-drilled the holes in the plastic bottle mount lower. Then I could fit a 600ml bottle. But you do have to push it in slightly sideways.

I've been seeing exactly the same here in Australia. My LBS cannot import them quick enough. All the Amflows on his showroom floor sold, with another 5 in boxes, also all sold.

As an owner I absolutely understand why.

I was out riding the Amflow yesterday around Bronte, just practicing jumps, wheelies, stopies, bunny hops. A lady walking her dogs stopped me and said, "You are pretty handy on that bike". I tell her it's more the ebike than me. She wouldn't believe me that it was an ebike, even when I pointed to where the motor was.

My riding and ability to learn tricks has grown so much faster on this bike. I put it down to the lightness of the EMTB, and the motor's response to your pedalling inputs. It's just so easy to get the front wheel up, allowing you to muscle the bike around, and then get the rear of the bike up and over things.

I am trying to learn the Stopie, then rotate the rear of the bike, whilst the rear wheel is in the air. Handy trick for turning around really sharp switchbacks. I'm only at about 50 degrees with any regularity. But I tried this on my 26kg Merida E160, and I really struggled with it in comparison.

All in all. The Amflow is just proving to be such an incredible EMTB.

I appreciate Amflow are new to the market and are building up a presence but warrantying components by referring you back to the individual manufacturer is trying to avoid the sellers responsibilities and obligations. Even distance selling, the contract is with the seller and the seller has to honour the warranty. What if KS says the dropper has been fitted incorrectly? This approach could be a huge can of worms.

Sometimes I'd rather deal with the supplier myself than go through lbs. At least u know u are doing all u can and nothing is being pushed to the back of the queue or hidden from you.
Yes if uve got an unbelievable lbs then it can be easier/handier to let them deal with it all, but surely it's going to be faster going direct urself

Yes, but on this occasion, KS aren’t the supplier to the end user. The owner has no contract with KS. Yes, if you bought some, for example hope brakes lets say, and they went wrong, you may well be quicker dealing with hope than the retailer.

Hi.
Re your comparison to an SL bike,my emtb is an Orange Phase Evo le and yesterday I finally got a demo on an Amflow (base model) for an hour.
Weight wise it felt similar to mine ie around 21kg but there the similarities ended.
It definitely rides as a trail bike rather than my slacker angled steed-the front wheel doesn’t flop at slow speeds or intuitively tip into corners like mine therefore the Amflow didn’t need as much body language in that respect. It felt similar to my own bike in most other areas-poppy,nimble,supple and rattle free.
Turbo mode is so addictive that I hardly used other modes but for all the much hyped high torque and power you’ll still frustratingly hit that wall at cut off speeds albeit much sooner.
If you’re really craving the latest “benchmark emtb” and are looking for a similar riding bike to whatever SL bike you might have but with a much bigger shove then yes,get one.
However for me personally I honestly can’t justify losing thousands on selling what I’ve got just to accelerate a bit faster everywhere.I’ll still get dropped by more fitter, capable riders on non emtbs when the trail opens up.
