Cube one77 2025

It is possible that the difference in the plates appearance is the angle of the photos
I'm beginning to think that photo had been photoshopped, I've since seen various AMS pics/vids where it *does* have the display adaptor, here's an example:

And this is why I replaced the new man’s with a set of DTSwiss FR541 on hope5. For the next set I’m having the same again with FR571 that’s just been released. These rims are DH World Cup favourites for a reason. Bomb proof!!
I have 511 on hope 5 on one of my enduros great wheels, had carbon wheels on a few previous bikes and subjected them to some abuse without problem. Only ever killed alloy rims till now. These have had 0 abuse and the rim went on a flat smooth section of trail. Hopefully they will cube will come through on warranty.

I also installed DT wheels with FR 541 rims, and 350 hubs. My set cost 500€, and weighs just over 2kg. I only replaced freehub with a steel one from Hybrid version, and I add 54T Ratchet . I've built a lot of wheels using DT parts, and they've never let me down.

Well the rattling has come back on my bike and it’s doing my nuts in lol. Any time you go over rough stuff like a rocky path or down some steps for example the rattle what comes from either the motor area or the head tube where the Bosch control panel is. I’ve put some foam between frame and motor and I’ve wrapped the cables near the head tube in bubble wrap but the rattles go for a ride then return for the next. It’s like my bikes got a mind of it own. Same with the xt brakes, one min I have a bite point then the next ride it’s leaver is to the bar.

When the bikes silent it’s amazing and I love it but when it’s a rattler it sounds like a bag of spanner’s. 😭

Hi there, it’s 290mm on the medium so maybe add the seat tube length difference between M and L to give you an approximate depth?
I got chance to take my dropper off today - my one77 is a large. If I measured correctly, the max insertion is 310mm

Anyone have a guess on this noise?
Its really bad over rough stuff where vibration is high.

Check if your battery sits too tight between the lock and the bottom cradle. Mine was making creaking sound and the culprit was found when I was shaking the bike

Same noise mine started making. I charged the battery out of the bike recently rather than with it in the bike. That’s the only thing I’ve done that could have had an impact so I’ll be investigating there at some point.

The bike is superb but Christ is it a pain in the ass to live with.

Agreed that its superb bike when its quiet. I've loosened the bottom 2 bolts holding the battery with it in and then tightened them up if that makes sense. The battery does move now if i press on it but with the cover on and 2 straps around the frame its pretty solid. Ive also took the motor bolts out and gave them a clean and lube and torqued them up to 20nm. Going to go for a ride tomorrow and if it still makes that noise i'm going to take battery out and ride the same bit. The noise is spoiling the bike so bad at moment, its making me want a normal one lol.

Thank you. How are you finding the Pinnd 155 Bosch Gen5 Isis narrow? Any strikes, and does the pedalling feel natural?
they feel fine but I still get the occasional strike, I did wonder for a while whether I should have gone for 145mm but I've since got used to the 155 and I'm happy with them

Could I ask how much sag you have in the rear shock and if going less would be helpful without causing a problem with the handling of the bike.

This helped me alot from pedalstrikes, went deep into suspension tuning and found that I had to much sag and now bike is alot higher when riding, this have bit not made any negative impacts on my riding ability or comfort.

Hi! What kind of rear mudguard did you put on the bike? Never mind — I found your old post about that mudguard. :)

After some consideration I ended up purchasing my second One 77 due to the killer value they offer .
Went for size smaller this time as I'm between XL and L
Action team was on sale so it was a no brainer when comparing to other bikes at that price point .
Having knowledge of the little quirks that's been highlighted on here has made for a quick bike prep

1)Removed and Re fitted Rear shock and used picture on threads and copper grease and torqued to spec .

2)Replaced plastic top cap with a metal one to stop the dreaded knocking sound .

3)Wrapped insulating tape around the block on the motor guard that fits in to the rectangular cut out in the frame to stop rattling noise

4)Removed Abus lock them the Bolt that holds the battery cage .Fitted a patch washer to give a bigger clamping area thread locked the bolt to stop the battery cage moving which was the cause of power loss on my first one 77 .

6) fitted insulating tape around edges of the frame where battery slots in .This stops the paint being scratched by dirt trapped between frame and battery cover

7) removed SRAM XO and replaced with Shimano M8130 XT Drive train

8)Removed Fox factory suspension and replaced with rockshox due to personal preference and had then in stock anyway

9) removed 180mm fox transfer post and replaced with one up 240mm dropper
10) Fitted Miranda 150mm cranks as experiment as only £44 on Amazon

I've fitted frame protection film and just waiting on 2.6 tyres to be delivered and I can get back out on the Trails

Going to run Nobby nics on the newmen wheels and I have a DT Swiss Enduro wheelset with aggressive tyres with soft rubber for Tweed valley visits

PS listed some Gucci parts on eBay if anyone's interested
eBay name if Cheviot goat
Listed
SRAM XO transition
Fox Factory forks
Fox factory rear shock
Transfer post drop me a message if anyone's interested
I can post or can be collected from Scottish borders/tweed valley area
Thanks Tam
