Connecting iPhone X to 2020 levo

I can not connect the specialized mission control app on my phone to my new 2020 levo turbo,
won't let me add the new bike , I deleted my old bike from it, what am I doing wrong?

Pairing code found on the tcu Remove the #10 torx screw, pull up the tcu and enter that code when prompted during pairing.
