Chain Slip levo //plus henley ride

Did my first run on a new Levo yesterday first big climb in 1st gear my chain was slipping, dropped does a gear same thing , cam out of turbo mode same thing .
any one got any ides as to what I'm doing wrong ..

ride out anyone fancy this route starting at Remenham henley next Friday see route below it was an amazing ride ..

It could be that your rear derailleur is not adjusted correctly and/or your gears are not indexed correctly. There’s really not anything you can do wrong maybe apart from putting heavy pressure on the pedals while shifting.
