Hi, My Bike Display Shuts Off Immediately After Entering My Password, Please advise.​


Three days ago, my bike was acting strange, like it had gone from class 3 (USA model) to 2, and was using more battery that usual.
I was in the process of trying to change the display from Chinese into English (mine came configured wrong), I was trying to follow the directions posted by someone on the FB official page, and possibly pressed an incorrect mode option (I don’t know what it was, it was in Chinese, lol) .
After that, it shut off. Every time I try to power the bike on, it requests my passeord, and then shuts off immediately.
Please advise, my bike is kind of useless.
(I purchased through a U.S. distributor, loomenade).

You can power your bike on from the Avinox Ride App. It doesn't ask for the password if you do this. At least you can still ride it, till you sort the other stuff out.
 
Oh, man, great suggestion. Completely slipped my mind. (My last few Rocky Mountains didn’t havevapp support).
I’ll report back tomorrow!

1) when is the front light and kit coming to the UK?

2) When will the frame bag be available?

3) Can we get a transport mode?

So the bike can be locked and off but it doesn't set the alarm off when moved (on a car tow rack).

4) Range extender pls.

I just connect the App and let it run in the background on my phone. You can also turn the alarm off for a fixed time during transporting, which is what I do as well.

We have noted your situation. We will address your questions one by one:

  1. Regarding the front light: since the new product must complete relevant certifications and tests before launching in the UK and Europe, this will take some additional time. We currently have no further information. Please subscribe to our newsletter on the official website for the latest updates.
  2. The restock of the frame bag is being planned; please wait for updates on the official website or contact a local authorised store to place an order.
  3. For the transport mode, we will register a voice of customer case so the Avinox team can have further discussion and evaluation in the future.
  4. For the Range extender, I regret to inform you that so far we have no information from the Avinox team.

 
The DJI Power 1000 can indeed be used to power the Amflow bikes. However, regarding a specific adapter, we currently do not have that information available at this time.

We recommend that you may consult with a bike shop for assistance.
Any updates on this? I think an adaptor would make a lot of sense..
 
I am having difficulty registering/activitating the Amflow-Ride App on my Iphone 14. In attempting to register, I am prompted to enter my email, then taken to a screen to enter a password. Upon creating /entering a Password, I get a done tab, which upon pressing, I get an "incorrect verification code- try again" error message. Meawhile, the page displays a secondary window with a colored 4 digit/letter code, which I am unable to access by pressing within the displayed code window? Please provide the correct steps to register the App. (assuming the Avinox-Ride is the proper App to begin with). Is it possible this has somthing to do with the Apple phone account settings?

Check your screen resolution. Very often when you have large fonts or things zoomed in, certain apps won't work correctly.

Here are the correct steps to create an account in the Avinox Ride App:
  1. Enter your email address
    • Input the email address you wish to use for your account.
  2. Set your password
    • Please avoid using special characters.
    • Use a simple combination of letters and numbers, e.g. abc123 or 123abc.
  3. Enter the verification code
    • You will see a coloured verification code displayed inside the white box.
    • Please type this code into the black box in front of it.

The plastic on mine crumbled around the screw holes as well.
Seems like somethings not right with the plastic.

Any chance we could get two profiles so to speak for assist modes.

Had two profiles on my Shimano EP8 which was handy to quickly swap between full eco/battery saver settings then full power ones without having to spend the time tuning the settings up or down while out on the trails

+1 for this. Seems like a simple thing to add. I always used 1 profile as a base line and the 2nd for tuing/testing.
 
Sorry if this has already been answered but will the new style 2026 Fox Float X2 fit the base model Amflow?
