thx so much for the high level of interaction with the community... and also incorporating feedback into the current firmware updates of the Avinox system.

Regarding the Amflow PL Carbon Pro and your prior posting: In the SRAM app, the recommended setting for the 34T chainring is still 118 chain links and the setup key in position B.

Is there any news why this is so/why this is not corrected by SRAM (if it is wrong)?

Are you still recommending 120 links and the setup key in position A, also for the bikes currently delivered?

Hi Amflow support,

I have a PL Carbon Pro. I have turned Smoothshift on and it is brilliant. But I thought I noticed on the weekend, that when I run the bike in Auto Mode. The bike is changing gears itself. When I run it in Eco, Trail or Turbo. It doesn't do it.

Can you tell me. Is the transmission designed to Autoshift dependant on Torque and Cadence, if you are riding in Auto Mode and you have Smoothshift selected. I know the SRAM motor does this. But I didn't think the DJI motor did.

Regarding the setting of the number of chain links, this is the optimization solution obtained by our professional rider team after multiple tests. The 120-link chain performs better in shifting smoothness, climbing stability and power transmission efficiency, especially for the high torque output of electric mountain bikes, which can reduce chain jumping and frustration, making riding smoother.

Hi,
After upgrading Amflow PL to U4 firmware (version 00.10.16.06), you can enable the quick shift function.
Amflow PL Carbon Pro can detect the status of the electronic rear derailleur, and when this function is enabled, it can trigger automatic shifting when the rear derailleur shifts(no pedaling required).

Yes - the bike technically 'turns on' when plugged in to charge (although in a 'charging state') - and it'll connect to bluetooth. So if you connect to the bike when you plug it in, you'll see the battery percentage update in the app.

Does the AXS derailleur cable directly connect to the Dji motor accessory port without any adapter? And do you have a picture diagram on which port on the motor it should be connected to?

Suggestion:
I'm sure this question has been asked a lot. It would be great if you have a How to video or a detailed documentation with pictures on how to perform this so you can just point users to the how to video or detailed documentation. Thanks.

Will the cable be available in July or is it more likely in August?

Lastly, have you any intentions of offering a kickstand solution?

Or have you seen an acceptable kickstand from Amflow?

Regarding the lighting extension cable, since it has not been officially released yet, there is currently no detailed information about the specific usage. However, we can confirm that the extension cable will require soldering to connect with the lights. As for the release date, we have checked with the relevant team and there has been an update to the schedule. We will provide you with more information as soon as we receive further confirmation.

Regarding the kickstand, we are sorry to inform you that there are currently no specific sales plan, and we have not conducted internal testing on this accessory. However, please rest assured that we will collect and forward your feedback to our product team for consideration.

I have an XL Carbon on order but looking to beef up the suspension to 38's and as it's my first E-Bike I wanted to check if I need to buy an E-Optimised specific fork?

Also if looking at second hand forks what length steerer tube would be ideal for an XL frame?

A friend of mine reports to me about a red or orange triangle with some words inscribed that he says disappears when he stops riding and so he’s not able to tell me what they say! It seems that his bike is working okay so I assume this message is a warning to attend to something

By the time you purchase and do the neglected service, you could have just bought a new one.

You are buying a wicked fast bike, dont screw around to save a few bucks. Just get your 38 which all work on ebikes, love mine

Hi there,
Thank you for your inquiry! The Amflow PL is designed to work with a fork that has 160mm of travel, a 44mm offset, and a standard 1.5-inch tapered steerer tube.

For the steerer tube length, we recommend the head tube length of your frame plus an additional 7.5cm. For the XL size, that means you'll need a steerer tube of 205mm (130mm head tube + 75mm).

If your friend encounters a similar issue, they can try tapping the screen when the warning appears—this should display the relevant error code. Sort of bizarre to think that you are not permitted to understand what the issue is with your bike, (one that you own and is your property and responsibility, and not some corporate owned entity), and told to wait till you get home from a trail, get to an internet support line then wait for a response. So how about publish it, it should be public!

Amflow PL Carbon PRO, I'm running 118 links and setup key on B. 1500km on the clock and no problem, everything goes well. I think that 120 links and setup A works well in the same way. Which one is better and what is the difference? I don't know...

@Amflow Support: Today, I had to make use of Walk Assist for a prolonged period (about 10 minutes). I think the facility is great and it certainly made my life easier. However, having to hold the rocker switch down constantly whilst pushing up a steep, undulating surface covered in long grass became uncomfortable pretty quickly.

Is there a method of toggling Walk Assist on until switched off?

Not gonna happen, as this would represent great hazard, imagine falling while using walk assist and bike somehow pushes you over the cliff ... Or you fall and get your fingers between chain and chainring ...
