Amflow PL currently supports pairing only with ANT+ heart rate monitor devices and does not support transmitting ride power via ANT+ device to the bike.
Sorry, but I don't want to transmit rider power "to the bike" Who would do that for what reason?
My question was if the bike transmits rider power via Ant+ to bike computers like Garmin. So I can see and record on my head unit how much power I produce while pedealing as a rider.

Too many (all but Specialized?) bike companies don't seem to understand that people can have bikes from different manufacturers and/or participate in other sports. One reason to be able to keep info in something like a Garmin device.

I won't buy into another information silo.

@Amflow_Support in another thread there as been a lot of discussion about the order of the ride modes.
Currently it is Auto -> Eco -> Trail -> Turbo

As raised, this is counter intuitive compared to all other systems. Having to step through Eco to get to trail from Auto is very confusing.

Can the order be changed to
Eco -> Auto -> Trail -> Turbo
Or at least give users the option to set the order ?

Thx

Hi @Amflow_Support

On my bike I've noticed the security alarm stops after about 40 seconds. Is this correct?

Thanks.
Hi there! This is a normal phenomenon. When the alarm is triggered once, the beeping lasts for about 40 seconds. Unless the bicycle remains in continuous abnormal motion, the beeping will persist. Once the movement stops, the beeping will cease after approximately 40 seconds.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. We already have similar feedback cases. Our engineering team is currently discussing and evaluating them, and you can look forward to future firmware updates.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. We understand the functionality you mentioned. Currently, Avinox engineers are working on further development to support more third-party app and accessory integration. Available workarounds may be limited, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

@Amflow_Support quick question, i see there is a calibration menu within the bike settings, but i cannot see any reference to this in any of the documentation or guides ?, does this need to be run, or will the bike tell the user when it is necessary ?

thx

Thank you for your response. Generally, additional customer actions are not required for system calibration. Only when an error code or other issues appear do we perform calibration on the relevant components and sensors based on the inspection results. Should you have further questions, please feel free to let us know.

Thank you for your response. Bikes purchased in Germany can receive warranty and service from authorized dealers within Switzerland. However, please note that Amflow does not offer a global warranty; thus, bikes purchased in Germany can only receive warranty services in countries where sales currently occur within Europe, excluding countries outside Europe. You can contact us for more information.

Second that, as a new owner I thought that felt odd - when you're in a situation where you want to quickly go up the power curve (especially if you tune Auto to have lower power output as many do) you get a sudden loss of power going into Eco, then the power returns as you get into trail.

I get the reasoning - 'Auto' sits outside of the 'fixed' modes - but in reality they should sit in order of maximum power possible in that mode - which will be Eco > Auto > Trail > Turbo.

Hi there, thank you for your inquiry, the interface is ISIS.
However, we haven't conducted internal tests for specific compatibility with spiderless chainring, so we recommend that you assess the fit based on your setup. Thank you for your understanding

at amflow service when could we buy a 600wh internal battery
Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, we're sorry that Amflow may not offer battery for individual sale.
However, if you are experiencing any issues with your current battery, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

We sincerely appreciate your suggestion regarding the sequence of power modes. We are pleased to inform you that we anticipate adding this functionality in the future update.

As for the wireless controllers, please note that a long press will turn off the display. We're sorry that the controllers may not support sensitivity adjustments at this time. We truly value your feedback on this matter and will forward it to our relevant team for consideration.

Currently, Amflow PL can connect and work with Osmo Action 5. For the product you mentioned, we kindly recommend reaching out to the respective support team.

Amflow_Support Hello, it looks like the plug on the charger is an official pc plug? So can I replace the german cable with a swiss pc cable Like picture?

Look at the cable cross-section engraved on the sheath, and choose the equivalent or a larger cross-section, which will fit perfectly. 🍻

Hi there, thank you for your inquiry.
This is indeed an AC plug. We officially provide the Swiss AC cable mentioned in your picture, which is the European version of the AC cable.
We recommend using the official cable to ensure optimal performance and safety. If you need one, please feel free to contact us for purchasing options.

Hello Amflow Team,
I have just noticed that the cover cap on the right crank is missing on my Amflow Carbon PL (silver).
I guess I lost it on a tour, and I wonder how that can happen...
According to the manual, it should be attracted to 48-54 Nm, right?
Can I continue to ride the bike like this or is the missing cap a safety hazard?

Thank you for your inquiry,

Regarding the torque you mentioned, 48-54 Nm, that is indeed the specification for the crank. We would like to advise that riding without the cover cap may pose potential safety concerns, so we kindly recommend replacing it at your earliest convenience.

You can purchase the crank cap through our after-sales channels, and it can be acquired along with the crank screw set. If you’re interested, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] with your relevant information, and we would be more than happy to assist you further.

Good Morning, thank you for your ultra fast reply. How much cost the crank cap?

In my opinion, this is a warranty claim due to poor installation. It's unacceptable that the part would simply come loose if it was tightened so tightly, especially when safety is a concern. I can't see any traces of threadlock either.

Otherwise, the bike is a dream :-) in terms of handling and motor. (Except for a few creaking bearings on the shock, which I had to regrease, and the somewhat sensitive paintwork). The motor is so sensitive and quiet, amazing. Yesterday, I decided to ride my Bosch bike (CX Gen4) without support because I couldn't stand the motor noise any longer... So, hats off to the Avinox :)

Good morning. I get in contact with the bikeshop where I bought the bike. They will handle the replacement of the crank. Thank you for your fast replays and your support. Have a nice day - RideOn!

Hi Amflow
Are there any plans to produce 27.5” rear wheels as an after sale product to match the existing 29” Amflow wheels? Would be good for us mullet fans to have a matching wheelset.

Hello @Amflow_Support ,

When I charge my PL Carbon I've noticed when I plug it in, the screen will turn on and battery will display - but it won't actually charge. It won't display a charge countdown and the charge percentage does not increase.

If I turn on the bike, it then starts to charge. I can then turn off the bike and the screen will display the charge countdown and it'll charge without fuss.

Is that by design? Every other ebike I know you can just plug it in and it'll charge.

Thanks
