3rd party range extender (piggy back) batteries for Giant 2019 bikes?

As the new giant range extender batteries only work on 2020 bikes (or at least are not compatible on my 2019 Fathom E+2 pro), does anyone know of third party suppliers who do this for a competitive price compared to Giant?

I've been looking at this is the only reason the giant one won't fit because of the charging point ? Cos if so surely u can get a 90` connector to make it fit ?
