I'm having problems setting my rear derailleur up. There's always a position on the cassette where it jumps 2 gears at a time. It shifts fine for the rest of the range. Its a 10sp shimano if that helps. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Looking towards the winter, I'm thinking of adding a front light powered from the motor. I've seen somewhere that it's a 6V output on the E7000? (But 12V on the E8000?) Are the connections just behind the motor cover on the left side? Anyone have any reccomendations of which light to go for?
