50% of 400 is 200, not 300.View attachment 183954
Good info to tune your assistance level. So -5 on eMTB+ or Turbo would be 300% of assistance if i understand this correctly
But isn’t eMTB+ and turbo 600% now? Not 400% anymore50% of 400 is 200, not 300.
150% of 400 is 600
So you are saying prior the update when eMTB+ was 400% max and i left it at 0 i was getting 300% instead?Yes.
When at +5.
Otherwise it would be 900% if 600% was the base...
Likewise, I surprised when cycle Tracking inn Apple health wasn’t based on pedalling!I’m like 50% positive my wife has an app called flow to track her periods
Eh whatever. Glad you guys seem to be liking the update. I wouldn’t stress little stuff yet. I’ll bet in a week or two they’ll have another update to fix bugs. Avinox has the same crap going on. Multiple updates have already been put out to fix issues
That may well be what Bosch is making avaialble to transmit. Out of this list from my own observation currently Garmin has implemented from their end: Power (Rider's effort), Cadence, Total distance, Light status, Charge level. I can definetely confirm Garmin has not implemented Speed (it's based on either Garmin GPS reading or external Speed sensor if you have one installed).Hi there,
I said some of the data.
The complete list is
You can take a look at
- Riding speed
- Rider’s own effort
- Cadence
- Total distance
- Standstill detection
- Time
- Light status
- Ambient brightness
- Light reserve mode
- Status of eBike Lock
- Charge level of the ebike battery
- Charger connected
- Bosch Diagnostic Tool connected

Bosch eBike Flow App Update 1.35: ebike data for Garmin & Co
Update 1.35 brings 120Nm + 600% assistance for Bosch motors. 💪 It also integrates ebike live data ebike with Garmin. Will others follow? Find out more. 👉www.ebike24.com
Nevertheless, just the Riders own effort is really new, unless you also have a Garmin power metter.
340% to be exact. All in all Bosch scale for support % is confusing to say the least. If 0 is 340 and +5 is 600 then:So you are saying prior the update when eMTB+ was 400% max and i left it at 0 i was getting 300% instead?
I got an email from Yeti this morning with a link to the update. It says it completed the software update. As I scroll through the settings, I find that at 100% , the power appears to have increased form 600w to 750w, however the max torque setting ends at 100nm. No visible torque setting to 120nm? Anyone else experience this?I had the update this morning available, did install it and I get the warning about drivetrain wear. But I still don't see 120 Newton meters in the race mode. I don't actually intend on utilizing it unless I'm climbing at the bike park. But I would like to experiment with it.
Figured it out. You have to go to connect.garmin.com and pull up your Edge device, then for that device, you need to sign up for their beta software. Within an hour I was sent a new update for my device. Once the new update was installed, the Garmin Edge showed up in the Flow app when I “added” a device.
So your EMTB+ has the boost box slider? Lucky you! That’s my default ride mode.I got the update installed on my bullit. The one thing I can't figure out yet is where to change or add overrun to modes other than emtb+. Anyone have any tips or info on that?
No I don't see a slider in emtb+ to adjust over-run. It just has it by default. I'd love to add over-run to tour and eco as I too really like it for technical climbing, but obviously I don't always want to climb with that much power on tap. I would kill for a tour mode with over-run honestly. So your EMTB+ has the boost box slider? Lucky you! That’s my default ride mode.
None of my Vala’s updated modes, including EMTB+, offers boost adjustment. Bummer because overrun is one of my favorite features.
Yes, I see the same on my Flow app.I got an email from Yeti this morning with a link to the update. It says it completed the software update. Tour+ also has built in over run just shorter/milder. Over run adjust is coming mid-2026. It was never announced as part of Performance Update 2.0. Confusion may be coming from that when you watch YT videos from Bosch Press Camp YT'ers already had beta SW installed which included over run adjustmentNo I don't see a slider in emtb+ to adjust over-run. How's the battery life on it? I'm on 840 and despite amazing screen on 850, battery life is to short for my liking. I'd always have to be 100% charged before a day long tripFigured it out. As of now, I can see battery percentage remaining and smart range. The boost level and range are not functioning yet. The battery percentage is the main thing I was after anyways, so victory.
Also, the Edge MTB model is really nice. I’ve used an 830 and 1030. I like everything about this, including the lack of touch screen once you get used to the functions of each button.
Just received the new flow app via play store the AM. I have a SC Vala C 90 and had the same issue you got (new Flow app 1.35.6, battery updated, motor software etc... all new update but no 120 slider). So I uninstall the flow app and reinstalled. I logged back in and the option "Performance 2.0" showed on my main screen. "Download and install". I did it and lo and behold, 120 nm option appeared. Hope this help BTW I'm in the USA.Update installed yesterday early afternoon, uninstalled app and reinstalled today...still no option to update...the suspense is killing me![]()
I believe that the "Boost" function is coming at a later date this year. Anyone else know different? So after three un/reinstalls of the app, my update went through.
However, it appears to be missing the “extended boost” slider option?
Is this just me/mine or are others only partially updating?
This is on a SC in the USA FWIW.
Delete the app and reinstalled and it will show upas i said, I competed the software update. In reading the fine print, it now says that the 120 mn increase won't be accessible for 24 hrs following the firmware update on the Yeti? WTF?
340% to be exact. All in all Bosch scale for support % is confusing to say the least. If 0 is 340 and +5 is 600 then:
600-340=260 (difference between 0 and +5)
260/5 (5 steps from 0 to 5) = 52% in a single increment.
That would indicate that a single increment is 52% which would make +2 = 444%
And that is just for EMTB+. If you take other modes eg Tour+/EMTB then +5 is still 400% which makes the single increment 12%
So it's either this or the entire scale is not linear not to mention that if you go down the scale you can't really be sure if goes down to 0% or something else.
Bwahahaha! I thought the same thing.I surprised when cycle Tracking inn Apple health wasn’t based on pedalling!
Compared to any roll out of anything ever...Compared to what, the Levo 4 experience
Compared to any roll out of anything ever...
It takes 3 days to be available from the date, then you have to delete and reinstall the app a bunch of times for it to find the updates
